Could not get my order right. Tried to give me the wrong order. The worker who did that acted like they couldn't speak English . My order was found pushed aside. Even still I has missing a drink. Decided to dine in. When I finished and went to leave, I told the girl up front that the tables needed cleaning. In a snotty voice she said, "I know, I just got here ." And then gave my daughter and me a dirty look. The tables had been in need of cleaning since before I arrived. Clean tables are important. Someone on previous shift should be taking care of keeping things clean.
Stopped in for a later night meal and it was just a few mins after 9, which the dining room closes at nine, however, we were coming home from a camping trip and have an in the truck bed camper. We got back to the truck with our hungry bellies when an ANGEL opened up the lobby door and told us we could come in and order to. Total HERO!!!
We stopped here at 11pm at night after a long day of travel from SeaTac and a couple hours to get home and I’ve never left a review for a Taco Bell before but this place was 100/10. Guy at the drive through was very polite. But when I tell you every single thing we ordered was made perfect. It was all fresh, nothing was wrapped messy. All burritos were all neatly rolled and even my crunchy taco was made perfect. They don’t skimp on portions which was amazing. And I don’t mean they give us more then they should because no, I’m just so used to getting like nothing in my tacos because the Taco Bell by my house is known for shorting people massively so it was nice to see a Taco Bell that cares how your food is made.
I hope whoever was working the night on 7/31 gets raises, they deserve it
The consistent freshness of this Taco Bell compared to others is outstanding! I have never once had anything that tasted stale. This location and the one north of it at Smokey Point are fantastic! Keep it up :)
Best taco bell hands down , foods always fresh and they make it just how you like !
Staff are very friendly which helps a lot when you are choosing a place to dump your hard earned salary. Plenty of other restaurants I could choose however this restaurant gives me happy and actual thankful service. The food is always fresh as I can watch them make my food.
There has been times where the person has missed something however if I simply ask there is no hesitation of them making it right and with a sincere apology and appreciation.
I feel sorry for these workers as I see people come in and try to say there whole entire $60 order or some outrageous claim was messed up. I would hate to have deal with these scammers as they add nothing to our society. The employees always handle them selves gracefully and professionally.
Food is not as cheap as it used to be but that is anywhere now days. So my food is fast, fresh, and amazing with great service on top will keep me coming back to this Taco Bell for long time!!
Got my food it was cold no surprise there. Also asked for hot sauce to be included was not. I order Taco Bell more than any other restaurant or fast food chain and this certain location I just was not impressed with
Attention Taco Bell Corporate Office!!! Instead of having your poor drive-thru people ask OVER and OVER if you want to add extra meat, sour cream, or to make it spicy, after EVERY food item ordered... have them give a general statement at the beginning of the order: "Hi, welcome to Taco Bell. If you would like any of your menu items to include extra meat, sour cream, or spicy sauce, please let me know while you're ordering. We would be happy to accommodate those requests!" That would save soooo much frustration on your customers part (it's annoying to have your order interrupted so many times), not to mention it will cut down on customer waiting times in the drive-thru as well!!! Just a thought! You guys are usually always great though, with a 95% success rate on getting our orders correct!
