I used to really like this location. But it seems there are different people working now. I come here at times after I get off the night shift. Tonight I ordered on the app and when I pulled up to the drive thru, they said they didn’t have my order and to contact support. But it was 1 am at this point. So I told them, I’d wait around and pull up again. 5 minutes later my order was ready. At this point I’m hungry and tired from a 10 hour shift. I ordered a bean burrito and what I got was more of a cheese burrito. And I also ordered a crunch wrap supreme and there was hardly any meat or cheese at all. So disappointing.
First off. We got our order and they walked away before giving us the drink cups. The young lady that gave us the cups had a slight attitude when giving them to us. Second off, when I checked the bag, the avocado verde sauce wasn’t in there. I bought 2 for 40 cents. The same young lady said I had to pay for them. I showed her the receipt. She gave them to me but gave me a dirty look like i did get them. She could’ve just asked to see the bag if she didn’t believe me. She seemed upset that she had to get off her phone to help me. After I got home, I had realized they also forgot my soft taco with my meal and an extra nacho cheese I paid for. I don’t normally leave a review but I almost always have an issue at this Taco Bell
Taco Bell is a invented idea, made profitable by the people who buy their food. Once we determine it's no longer worth our money. You had good old luck, that's was the past. We have less and less and less quality across the country with Taco Bell, and many others as a busy hard working parent/ people, We are not going to just keep buying. Under this. Please remember us gees!
OMG. We each ordered three not-the-most-expensive things and wound up spending $30 for the two of us. Been eating here for many years. A place to get some okay junk food. But I do believe it's past its usefulness. Likely won't ever go again
I had a blonde moment and didn't realize my sauce was inside the stacker rather than a cup of it for dipping. Which I find even better. How it was on ticket that I made up so. They explained and I see the error of my ways. You guys made great food that day. thanks 5:00pm crew on Tuesday March 26th.
This is our favorite taco bell to order from. We got the build your own veggie box and everything came correct and tasted amazing! They are usually really good at getting our orders right, and super friendly too.
This place is a MAJOR dump. My order has been messed up plenty of times. A couple of days ago I went to get one of my regular orders and I checked my bag just to make sure that everything seemed right. I have worked with fast food service for plenty of years. I understand that their is a time limit at the window. One of the rude cashiers, tall, Hispanic, light skinned with a beard told me to "have a good day" in the rudest most condescending way possible when I was looking at my order just to make sure. Mind you I took less than 5 seconds to check my order. I called the manager just so that I wouldn't make a scene. The manager was really nice and helpful. If you don't like your job maybe don't work there. Such a rude person.
Been going to this Taco Bell for years. Order the bean burrito with sour cream and guac. They get it right every time. Love this place.
