Best WLM Reviews
Went two weeks ago and was greeted by "what do you want?"
Not a welcoming/professional greeting. I just assumed they were having a bad day, so we went back tonight to give them another chance.
Ordered a steak power bowl
All we got was rice, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, no steak.
We've been here for well over an hour waiting on our order. Numerous customers that ordered after us have been served before us.
It's crazy..
Had I not already paid, I would leave and forget about it. We have a long drive back to Marion..
At first I gave a review just saying that it's pretty slow even though it's not that busy, but then I got my food within a couple minutes of that and overall it was only a tiny bit slow but the thing is.. they made the burrito and Fiesta potato bowl so well, that I had to come back and get five stars! This is some of the most amazing food I've ever had from a taco bell, the portions are so perfect. I usually get jipped all the time at different locations but this location is doing it right! Now watch the manager see this review and tell everybody to stop putting so much food on these tortillas haha! Then I'll come back and give it one star review
We always dine in and this place was great. The staff was very nice and the place was clean. All the food was perfect and it came out as ordered. If we're in the area again we will make sure to stop by.
I am so sick and tired of this taco bell not listening. I specifically asked them at the window to make sure they put the tomatoes on the items that I ordered because I have had issues with them not doing it. They told me that they did. I get back to work and open my food and no tomatoes. They flat out lied to me because they didn't want to redo it. You guys are worthless. I paid for the extra.so thanks for taking money jerks.
Placed an 80 dollar order on door dash. Was told they could give me credit or I could go to the store and get the missing items. When I got to the store they now have a kiosk so all the employees ignore the front counter. Shift leader was sitting in the office. The girl who came to the counter acted like I just killed her dog when I told her my problem. When the shift leader same up he said he couldn't do anything, even though I was literally standing right there. I wish the little coward had given his name so I could publicly call him out. When I explained that he wasn't very familiar with customer service he got offended and walked off. All this was after we tried calling the store only to be hung up on.
All of the food was correct, Hot, and delicious! The quesadilla, chicken cantina tacos, & nacho cheese fries of course. Will definitely be back here! Thanks to all the employees working tonight well done.
I love Taco Bell but this location is the absolute worst when it comes to getting all of the items that I order! I usually order thru the app but ALWAYS have to check my order because there is ALWAYS missing items . Just this evening I placed a delivery order on the app. I ordered 6 items and received 2. When I called to complain I was told there wasn’t anything they could do and to call corporate and hung up on me. My order total was $34. Wish I could give 0 stars!!
