When I went thru the drive-thru today, it took a bit longer. Once I arrived back at work to eat, I noticed my tacos were built better than I've ever had from this location. I got supreme soft shells. They were made perfectly. GREAT JOB PEOPLE!!
I tried Saturday the13th and today the 15th, and both times at 9:10 am the lobby was closed, not sure if this is policy or not as I've successfully gotten take out from here a couple times at the same time the past couple weeks.
the strange part is employees are just sitting in the lobby looking at me. I'd use the drive through but my work vehicle is too tall to fit, so I just wasted my break 2 work days in a row, because these people don't feel like opening up the lobby a hour after open
My hard taco supreme came as a soft shell with ONLY lettuce! - and even that was wilted!!! Forgot my flatbread and my drink. 145 and Center in Omaha…Do better! Every single time you screw ish up
Too long of a wait for my order to be ready, only to get home and find out what was missing. There was a guy in plain clothes behind the counter that asked how long we'd been waiting and he offered us desserts and drinks, which was appreciated.
Got a chicken quesadilla at maybe 6:30 pm on a Wednesday. My wife got a chalupa. The chicken in my quesadilla was like rubber or plastic and the shell on my wife’s chalupa was stale and old. Hard as a rock. I don’t expect much from Taco Bell, but when I’m spending nearly 30 dollars for two people to eat, I expect it to edible. This is ridiculous.
Went thru drive through and got 3 tacos. 1 a gordita crunch. It was pure sauce, nothing else. Tried calling 5 times. Nobody picked up. Drive back to the store and went in, and they were so rude. She said that's how we make them. I ended up getting a new gordita but will not be going back.
I went through the drive thru & I was very disappointed I couldn't understand the person at the speaker. I ending up with food I didn't order.
Good location! My order is always accurate (and I have some complicated requests), quick and delicious. The employees are very respectful as well, especially the tall young man who works in the afternoons. He’s always very helpful and kind.
