Giving a 1 star because 0 is not available. If you like going places where half of your order is missing, this is the spot. Every experience that I have had I have been missing items and the ones that I do receive, pretty much have nothing in them. I have attached a photo for reference. Also, it was not busy and our food was cold as if it was sitting there for an hour. Employees rush you and keep an annoyed attitude throughout the entire interaction. I would avoid this location from now on.
Crunch wrap supreme was prepared horribly. Can barely eat it without it falling apart . Also had to show proof after already giving info at the drive thru speaker . Manger had a nasty attitude as if I was lying about my order I had to literally show my phone for her to see that I ordered a mobile order . Do better Taco Bell
Over all ok for fast food. We use the drive thru. They were friendly and fast. Ok prices. Good chalupas, quesadillas, tacos, wrap ect.
So glad I tasted soda before leaving tasted like water. Got home cheese roll ups had a pinch of cheese in each. Cheese in cup couldn’t be more then 1 tablespoon and chips had a strange smell only eat one. And quesadilla had no filling and not cut. It was not busy when I was there if I’m gonna pay that much it should be as good as it can get.
They never double-check your order when you order your Taco Bell app. They will always forget a few of the items you ordered and it has happened to me more than 5 times now they do not value their customers. The worst service can be expected if you order through the Taco Bell app.
the app accepts orders but the manager won’t let us in the store saying they aren’t taking orders. we had to wait 45 mins for our order because they were prioritizing the drive through orders over the people who ordered for pick up. wouldn’t recommend it.
give you trash food that isn’t even cooked.
I don’t usually complain or write a review, but I just want to say my sister and I went to the drive thru to get lunch, mind you there’s not even a line. The lady taking our order was so rude and such in a hurry for no reason, it’s not like she was ordering the food. She was rushing us when there wasn’t people behind us, plus while i’m taking the order mistake i said the wrong drink and i tried to get a coke and she told me no I can’t because they made the drink already, mind you again I wasn’t even at the window to pay I was still ordering my food at the speaker. it’s so rude to tell someone no they can’t when she’s not the one paying, after we were almost done ordering she just said go to the window, like we weren’t even done ordering. 0/10 service!!
Extremely rude staff, they had 8 people working there and nobody was at the register and the line got so long. We ordered a cheese roll up and the cheese was not melted and the whole thing looked like someone took a bite out of it, the Crunchwrap however was nicely made.
