My taco had no chicken in it and it was sapose to be beef chalupa so I went around again,I just looked at her and said " No chick-file sauce!?" she looked at me and refused me as if I was trying to get free food but I showed her the tacos we did not eat them plus I showed her a picture of mines with no meat yet she refused to look n just said no not our location. Finally she helped me after I mentioned I just ordered from them 10 minutes ago.in the photo you see just 2 tiny pieces of meat.. it was basically a taco full of mayonnaise.
We went in with a large group (about 15) and they accommodated all of us as well as got all of our orders correct. We were a bit loud and a little crazy so we appreciate the staff dealing with us while we were there. We made sure we cleaned up after ourselves and left the place clean, so hopefully we weren't too much of a headache!
Staff was really slow. All staff members focused on drive thru only. It took 10 minutes to get my food that was poorly put together, and the tortillas were not fresh. I paid extra for red sauce on my 5 layer burrito, and there was none on it. As for the atmosphere, there were a bunch of teenagers in to restaurant with no food make noise everywhere. They had bikes right by the entrance blocking people in on one side.
This is the best Taco Bell I have been to on the east side in a very long time. The employees were kind efficient and seemed to enjoy being around their co workers and customers.

I even commented and thanked them and they said we try!!
And that’s not something a lot of people seem to do these days!
I didn’t get her name, but the woman on duty tonight was very friendly and proficient. She took and made my order with care- all my items were perfectly prepared and neatly arranged in my ‘to go’ bag. She even took the extra step to mark cheese vs. chicken on my quesadillas so my family would know whose was whose. What a considerate small detail!
Sometimes getting fast food seems like a gamble depending on who is on shift and how much (or little) they care, but this location consistently serves well made and fresh food.
What can be said about Taco Bell! They're great! I love the food and it's always fresh and hot.
I had my favorites Cheesy Bean Burrito and the Spicy Potato Taco with a side of Nacho Fries. It's a lot of food, but it tastes great! My whole meal cost less than $6.
Wheelchair parking, entrance and tables are available. I'm handicapped myself.

Ivan is really doing the due diligence and taking proper time insuring our order is correct . I’m so impressed when ppl take just spare a few extra moments to give that effort . I rarely have my order done right at Taco Bell . Thank you for making my day better
What a disappointment. Apparently ordering no sour cream or Guac means no topping except splattered beans. The cheese is only on the top chips so over half of the box is bland.
None of the tomatoes, onions..meat...
Definitely not worth the trip.
