The cashier that was working on Friday 10/06/23 - 1:30pm is pure trash. I came to pick up my online order and was ignored for over 3-5 mins while she sorted the coins on the register like a two year old. All this person had to do was to grab the order behind the counter. The guy that was preparing the food had to stop what he was doing and got my food. Anyway, the food preparation here was ok.
You must be joking!? right?!?! because this is not a quesadilla and they definitely aren't worth like $9 each....

Taco Bell 491 Nostrand Ave. The service there is non food you never get all your items you pay for they are thieves. So sad that a community can't even get a decent Taco Bell.
This Taco Bell is horrible. I’ve eaten here a few times and the service is trash, they’re extremely slow, even if they aren’t busy. If you order from Uber Eats, it takes almost an hour for your food to arrive. When you go to the actual restaurant, you’re going to be in there for at least 20-30 minutes. I love Taco Bell but this specific one sucks. It’s a shame it’s the only one close to where I live.
I really have to say, this place is awful. They messed up my order one time and they gave me an expired coupon but told me I could still use it. When I tried to use it a few months later, I was rudly rejected and they messed up my order again.
I couldn't even use the app to get a taco because they wete too incompetent do even do that.
Oh yeah and a random man kept harassing me and the staff was too oblivious to do anything. I worked fast food and this is terrible service. With the amount of complaints here, I'm surprised this place hasn't been replaced with staff that actually know how to do their jobs. SMH
Don't order from this location! Pretty sure I just received two taco shells - there was hardly any meat or toppings included. Also ordered chips + nacho cheese. The cheese came in a 2oz container, which was not even half full and lasted a total of 4 chips. The lettuce on my remaining items was wilted, brown and smelled absolutely foul. Good thing I had extra chips to scrape it off. Couldn't finish any of the food I ordered, unfortunately.
Ordered via doordash - the order was correct, delivered on time and hot, so no complaints there.
Love this place since it opened last year. I usually meet there with my friend on Friday night for a quick bite after work. It's become our thing. The staff is nice and they do their best to service everyone. Sometimes it can be super crowded.
