Nearly every time we’ve order here, they miss at least half the order. It’s not difficult to read a ticket and fulfill it. I did fast food and restaurants for nearly 20 years total. I understand mistakes happen. We’re human. But it’s absolutely consistent with this store in particular. This is fast food. I know it’s not a big deal. That’s my point… it’s simple reading and comprehension. Then fulfilling.
Placed an online order to be picked up when store opened. Drive through informed us that the order needed to be canceled and we would need to put a new one in. However, we were already charged for the first order so they would double charge us to get only 1 order. Told manager and she said she didn't know how to refund us since it was through the app (which we have used many times before to order from other locations). Both my wife and I called to ask about a refund or if we could give a number to speak with the general manager since the store manager doesn't know, both got hung up on by the manager. Terrible location with untrained/ unprofessional management
Ordered on the app and went through the drive through. There were only two cars in front of us and yet we waited 20+ minutes. They also burnt our Crunchwrap supremes so badly they were black. They also forgot the sauces we paid for. If you charge 20 cents per sauce packet you better give the damn sauce. So we spent twenty minutes to get a burnt Crunchwrap supreme and no sauce. Go to the one on Burbank it’s a million times better I’ve never had any issues there
Came to this Taco Bell after we almost died at waffle House so excited to indulge in some yummy tacos, but they messed up our whole order. I asked for just beef and cheese and I got the whole inventory on my taco. They also forgot to give me my cinnamon twists, but I caught that before I left so I went back through the drive-through & got them. Never ever go here it was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in my whole entire life.
I have given this location multiple chances and I am done honestly. Rude employees and horrible food.
The Mexican pizza was slop and wasn't even cut. Ordered tacos no lettuce. Got 2 with lettuce and 2 without. The spicy potato soft taco was drowned in Chipotle and the potatoes were rock hard. Asked for mild sauce and only got fire (this was the least of my concerns though). The tortillas weren't even put on the stove to heat up.
I worked at taco bell for awhile and I can say this store is horrid.

I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla with added lettuce. After receiving my food I realized there was no chicken in my quesadilla-- just lettuce,cheese, and sauce. I tried to call but phone doesnt work. Once I got to the store someone (Earl) told me they ran out of chicken. So they just decided to give me a chickenless Chicken Quesadilla.
(Im guessing if I didn't pay extra for the lettuce I would have just received cheese and sauce.)
He also told me I couldnt get a refund, and doordash isn't giving me a refund either. This was my first experience having taco bell and I have to say this is the worst experience I've ever had with a fastfood restaurant.
This was the best experience I have had at a Taco Bell in a long time! My chalupa shells were stale and I went to get them swapped out and had the best service to help me with that situation. The woman that fixed them for me was super kind and even made us extra food for the trouble. Delicious food and nice staff!
Slowest service in all of Baton Rouge. Every table inside was dirty. If your employees don't want to work they shouldn't be there.
