When you say no onion and get extra onion and the beans are so dry and disgusting that you get home and the burrito is cold like it’s been in the fridge. Cheese isn’t even beginning to melt it is all so cold. Even the cheese quesadilla doesn’t have melted cheese and they press it in a heated press… so many onions they are all over the paper. Asked for red sauce that during the day is super hot and delicious… tonight somehow even colder than the burrito and cheese quesadilla. Clearly all of this food is a health department issue. Food is supposed to be kept at specific temperatures. This location is going to get people sick. And when you order nachos and they don’t put cheese and they crush the taco
Yum. Plain and simple. And the service was my favorite. I encountered an amazing employee both times I visited recently, that was beyond accommodating, kind and helpful. It was a fun experience, good/fast service. Definitely recommend.
Service was ok, trying to be friendly but under staffed. I ordered 2 tacos and 1 burrito, all beef. I was disappointed. I love Mexican food but I didn't enjoy it and I wasn't full either. Very little meat or anything for that matter. I prefer to be positive but I'm honest in my appraisal. Thumbs down. I can't rate the atmosphere, because I used the drive through.
Unbelievable experience. Our food was given to someone else. That person brought it back to TB where we were expected to take it?! Gross. No! We then waited another 20 minutes for fresh food, told we had to substitute ingredients then [we]were gifted 2 expired food certificates and cold churros. Not cool ‘manager Amber’.
Worst Taco Bell in the world. Ordered twelve items on the app. Son went to go pick them up and brought the order home. Only eight of the twelve items were in the bag. Called the store and Hannah said she couldn't do anything unless we come back. I live a half hour away. Even the crunch wrap supremes weren't made correctly. Crunch is in the title yet they don't put a tostada shell in them. Drive to Appleton or Oshkosh and avoid this disaster.
The employees here are always upbeat and positive when I visit. I'm grateful for the pleasant demeanor I encounter every visit. The food was fresh and delicious. the parking lot was clean. The drive-through was quick as it should be. Big thanks to this location for setting precedence on how fast food is intended to be. You're doing a great job, and I look forward to many more perfect visits here.
I don't know if they just got new staff or can't hire enough people to manage but they were slow as molasses. I waited 15 minutes for my order and there were other people in the lobby that were waiting much longer than me.
Good God. When I tell you what happened to me after eating here, I can't fathom it. Taste wise, it's not bad. Taco Jon's is far better, but Taco Bell is a good option if you can live with the consequences. 4/10
