first off we went into the store and we stood there for like 5 mins ordering on the screen then they told us the lobby closed at 10 and said we couldn’t order inside so we went to the drive thru and ordered I said bean burrito add rice no beans and they still put the beans same for my friends order she said no beans they put beans. I mean if you don’t wanna do your job right get a new one. shouldn’t expect anything less from someone who works at Taco Bell in the first place.
Was there yesterday evening. Haven’t been in years. I guess I should no longer be surprised at the lack of enthusiasm to provide great customer service from employees working any fast food restaurant job everywhere in the city. Didn’t even see the total for the order pop up on the screen and was told to pull to the window in order to get the total lol ????. I did get my order fast, maybe because there wasn’t many customers. And the store outside looks kinda nice. That’s all I can say.
This was the best Taco Bell I have had in probably 2 years. The service was fast and friendly. The food was hot and everything was just the way we ordered it. This will be my new location to go to instead of the one by my house.
Horrible service. Do not recommend. Got 2 of the new cantina chicken meals and the tacos literally have no meat in them and they are trying to say that's how they are suppose to come. Refused to fix the situation for me and refused to refund me. Which is against their 100% satisfaction or money back policy.
Their new Ponada was overcooked and I thought that the filling was just like thick cream of chicken soup. I had the Ponada box meal. I asked for no sour cream on my burrito and gordita and extra cheese, but I got extra lettuce and tomato on my gordita, not cheese, and my burrito was also no sour cream and extra cheese. You guessed it right. A little bit of sour cream and no extra cheese, plus I had chips and nacho cheese sauce. Chips were stale and tasteless. No more of that store for me. People were nice, but inside wasn't very clean and kiosks screens were sticky and dirty. Not a good look.
We live closer to another location, but we drive out of our way to come to the Atlantic Blvd. location. The service is great and friendly, the food is always very good and fresh. They remember us too! I also love the fact that they have the Baja Blast with zero sugar. It is my favorite drink. We buy the big box of taco supremes and share the rest with our neighbors. Thanks Taco Bell. You’ll get five stars when you bring back the fiesta salad and the Mexican pizza.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Asked for all the tacos to be supreme and this is what we got. They are always out of something. At least warn people before they bring it home. Make sure you go in and not the drive through.
Waited for 30 minutes. Asked for refund. Location had plenty of staff. I won't be coming back here for a while.
Update: 12/20/2021. Well, after three years of not eating at the location. It's clear why I haven't missed it at all. Service was better but man they still know how to screw up an order. And please stop burning the quesadillas. I ordered three and all were burnt beyond being editable.
