Best WLM Reviews
Their app steals your money.
I made an order today, showed proof to their manager it came out of my bank account, then he refused to accommodate me with what I bought despite it being paid for in full. It would have been different if they could have made it right by refund or making my order.
Instead I had to pop some mints in the parking lot hoping it would bring my sugar up enough to get home safely.
Don’t use the app and honestly they get the quantity of the order wrong 90% of the time so I’m just done at this point.
One of the best TBs I've been to in a while, honestly. Passing through town on a road trip, stopped for lunch. The dining room was clean, the food was hot, the orders were correct. The service was problem free, but nothing outstanding.
bought chipolte many times from this taco bell and at first it was all good but just before it was removed i would pay for extra chipolte every time and would never recieve it and since its been back they still will not add it, the one i payed 7$ for today tasted ruined more from the lettuce and was missing the crunch and extra chipolte, i understand having diffuclties or a new hire but the money i use is worked hard for and i look forward to that chipolte.
I should not say to food but it's the worst taco bell I have ever had. This Chipotle chicken melt and I can't say how bad it was.
This location is now open and brand new. We had the worst Taco Bell experience of our life here on December 23rd, 2021 3pm.
1. Chalupas had almost no meat in them. The shell was so hard it could not be eaten.
2. Beef burrito supremes? Wow. They were so disgusting they were inedible.
3. The staff was just clueless. Everyone either standing around or outside smoking cigarettes.
4. Had to go back through to get our drinks.
5. They forgot to give us two soft tacos that we paid for and did not notice until we left.
6. We ordered two orders of jalapenos, we got only one.
It is incredibly rare for me to leave a bad review, however, I will never come here again. Picture of beef burrito supremes attached. Enjoy!
At this particular visit the lady answering the intercom told me a large list of things they did not have because they were out of them and had not got a truck in over a week and a half. They did have everything I ordered because all I wanted was 4 soft shell tacos with meat and cheese only. So they had everything except mild sauce. Her and the manager apologized. So for my kiddos to eat it wasn’t a problem.
You can't go wrong with Taco Bell and this one is no exception.
Got order wrong - called and manager said they were out of what I ordered and I told him they should have said something instead of substituting something.
Told him barely had meat on it and he started in about they do right portions and I said I know what the portions are and he said they have changed-
When has it ever been acceptable for a manager to talk to a customer the way he did.
