I was here yesterday. I believe what was the day before I ordered online? I asked for 20 hot sauce which I used to be a store manager and no that that will take 20 hot sauce out of your inventory. Because all Taco Bell is worried about. Is their food cost if I take 20 hot sauce? Out in the mobile order. Why will the Taco Bell? Only give me one sauce per item. How many people out there can eat a Taco Bell item with only one sauce? Why is it OK to hot sauce? Shame make me bag for the hot sauce. So the food taste the way I wanted to because that's why I'm ordering Taco Bell. I love the hot sauce. I like the food with the hot sauce. I'm tired of managers telling me. I can't have enough hot sauce for my. My food, each item I buy from taco. Bell starts from 5 hot sauce and can go up to 10 hot sauce per item depending on if it's a big item. I love hot sauce. I am tired of being shamed. Please someone in the corporation in the district. Please figure out a way that you can save food costs and not. Basically. Cheat the system by giving me less hot sauce. Then I ordered, I make sure to order them. It takes it out of your system. That means you guys are stealing to do food cost. S you are lessening the amount of lettuce and cheese. You put on Everything which is terrible and Then you are trying to save Money on hot Sauce when people have already taken it out of your inventory. This is wrong. I was a restaurant manager. I know how food cost and inventory works. If you had a button for me to pay for it I would but you do not, so I should not be punished.
Stop by all the time on Friday and Saturday late late nights. The food is always correct, fresh, hot, and delicious!! And the staff is always friendly!
Our favorite Taco Bell on the Southside
I have been to this taco bell many times and find the service prompt and the staff courteous. The food is always hot and fresh. I almost always get a chili cheese burrito and the classic hard shell tacos. FYI not all locations have chili cheese burritos on the menu but this one does. The pictures show the chili cheese burrito and hard tacos. The tacos had just the right mix of meat lettuce and cheese. The lettuce was crisp and fresh but on this trip the lettuce contained more of the white part of the lettuce than the green part. The chili cheese burrito was perfect and it tasted great. I have also taken my grandson and children here many times and they order various items from the menu and I have never heard them complain about the food. Thanks to the staff at this taco bell..
Manager is so rude and unprofessional I ordered 18 bean Britos and request her to make grill . She refused. And shouted on me And try to kick me out from the store. I don’t know why you guys let them work here who dosen’t respect the customer. She is zeeeerooo for the customer service. I hope owner can see this . Her name is jasmine c
Place looks like trash. No one looks like they want to work. They didn't want to take my order they said I had to you order on the kiosk. The out side looked all run down. The drive thru board was covered with plastic. I turned around in the lobby and went to another taco bell. Will never return to this location

Honestly the employees here should get a big raise ???? they are always funny every time I come here . But the motel next to the tacobell brings in the Crack heads and makes me feel nervous. So you literally couldn't pay me enough to work here. Especially not late at night. I feel bad for the employees.
DUMBEST STAFF EVER. I just ordered through the drive thru after a long day. the one thing my daughter wanted wasn’t in the bag(a cheese roll up, like come on that item is so simple). the one thing i wanted (a beef burrito no beans +rice) was filled with beans and no rice. I don’t understand how dumb the staff is to make such a simple mistake. you guys do this all the time at this location. never coming back and making sure i tell all my friends. imbeciles… ruined my night
