They said it was a inconvenient for them to make more meat when I ordered 2 12 pack tacos. Also I asked for 4 chicken tacos all soft and never received them plus the tacos that they did give me were in adequate for consumption no lettuce litte meat and cheese. Don't waste your time probably the worst tacobell I've been to lately
Food wasn't the best have had better and hotter food other taco bells. Service was definitely delayed for whatever reason. Waited what felt like 15-20 mins for my order while drive thru got what they ordered and were gone. Seems to be a trend of fast food places switching to self order kiosk instead of someone helping you and the food prices keep going up. About the only good thing was that I could get mild hot and fire sauces by the handful. Also I've been to his location multiple times and each and ever single time they are out of Baja blast. For being the only chain that sells it you would think they would stock more of that then anything else.
One of the African American ladies working here rude and hell. Messed up my order and acted like I was the biggest inconvenience for her. I paid for my order and she acted like I was eating there for free. Last time I ever come to this location. Lady need to get an attitude adjustment!! Rest of the staff was unfriendly
The music was so loud I seriously was getting irritated and I was in a good mood. Had a great day at work. Just needed to eat something. I don't know why music needs to be that loud. It was just terrible. But food was great. Service was very good. It was very clean. Fast and friendly. Just would not wanna eat inside again for that music.
I ordered on the app. I was second in line in the drive thru when I showed up. I sat for 5+ mins. It was late at night, and the food was probably getting made fresh. Sure. But they gave me the wrong order. I ordered 2 craving boxes, and the bag had a nacho bell grande in it. It took 2 mins for them to even notice I was still at the window. After consulting with someone else, they pulled me to the front door. After a reasonable amount of time, they returned with my food. I peaked in quickly, and everything looked there. After getting home, I was missing one of my items for craving box one. I don't like beans, and they didn't take the beans off one of the items in box one, so essentially I paid $7 for a Gordita crunch. The hard shell on the crunch wrap in craving box two was so stale, and the lettuce was sketchy. The cheesy fiesta potatoe bowl was good.
This is the taco we got. No meat or cheese or anything. Pay all that money for this. Avoid this location. Then the manager wanna look at us like what’s the problem. Edit. So we took em back and just got home to see they did it to us all over again. Now on top of gas for driving back and fourth. Screw this place and the people that work there. That’s why you work at Taco Bell. Pitiful
Stay away! I promise you if you come here there will be at least something you order out of stock if not multiple things. As a restaurant, how on Earth is it possible to not have sodas in stock? Not one of two, but every soda? No CO2? How?
Service was already slow due to being short staffed. Went and spent my money on my usual order. The bread in my cheesy Gordita crunch was stale, when I went to ask them to make another one the make on the line didn’t even know what I was talking about to remake it, then forgot the sauce that goes on it, broke the whole thing and then proceeded to give it to me. Didn’t even want it after that. Just choose another Taco Bell at this point.
