If you make a mobile/online order, ask them to verify your order before pulling forward.
The special needs manager clicked something as he told me they had no soda, causing the cancel order button to disappear on my app.
He then told me that he could not cancel my order and said he could do nothing
I sent feedback and ordered from another location.
Instead of a refund for my $22, the useless corporate bot sent me a $10 code "to make up for it..."

The woman working on the drive thru order side of the cooking line repeatedly kept eating cinnamon twists from the bin using the same gloves she was preparing food from. Absolutely disgusting!!!! No one called her out and she never changed her gloves. I'm not eating here and I don't recommend it either. Health hazards and code violations.
Back to back orders have been made wrong and your cursed at me as I explained my frustration this is horrible that’s is not how you treat customers. You need to screen every employee before hire to make sure they provide exceptional customer service and pay attention to the orders that are given. I will not be coming here or family and friends just flat out horrible
If I could give zero stars I would, ordered on the app and it took over 30 mins. Paid for a large drink they gave me a medium, shrugged their shoulders, and said we’re out of large.. when my food was FINALLY done the larger lady in the back threw the bag on the counter and the tacos weren’t even wrapped up completely. Near the door smells like feces, if I wasn’t on a time crunch I would’ve thrown a stink and requested my money back..
They gave me old fries. They felt like they had 5minutes left in hot holding. They were starting to shrivel up. The tacos and burritos felt fresh. They did miss the Large drink I requested and they gave me a small. They didn't fill the burrito up very well
I usually just get take out or go through the drive through so I am not sure on how the inside looks , but. I have never had a problem with this location. Food is always quick and made well. Nothing is ever missing and customer service is always great. One of the better locations I have been.
Well, besides the half hour I waited for my order, when I got it it was wrong. The order was 2 cantina bowls and a grilled cheese burrito combo and a chicken enchilada burrito. The worker put the bag on the counter and it had 2 bowls and burrito. When I asked about the missing items it had to be reordered because the 1st order had been closed. Wait 10 more minutes for the items and they were wrong. At this point (45 minutes) I was so disgusted, I left.
my son died from eating a crunch wrap! I can remember him going to the toilet he barfed out his insides, soon after that my daughter fell into a coma with a too hot nacho cheese chip. And my wife got by the local police officer because the cheesy bean and rice burrito made her lose her memory and tried to Hump the police officer so he shot her. And my brother ate the soda and his insides sizzled until they non-existed but I'm fine with that because I hated him anyways. Now that I think about it I'm in debt for my wife in law suing me and now i think I'm going to be homeless.
