Very disappointed with what I got for my order. 10 minutes ago I got a cantina crispy chicken taco and there was no chicken in there. I’m not exaggerating, not a single piece of chicken. For my crunchwrap supreme I ordered with extra beef and they actually managed to give me LESS beef than usual. Guess that’s what happens when you pay your employees minimum wage????????♂️. Avoid this Taco Bell!
First of all. They had us wait for our food for 15 minutes because they couldn’t say our name. Second of all our food was cold.
No sauce
We ordered before 5 people behind us and we still waited.
Just not recommended to friends or visitors.
Go to gringos down the street or lazy moons .
Only leaving a 1 star so I am able to leave a review. When we first walked in, it seemed to be a nice environment. We ordered our food, placed it for dine in. We sat down and waited for our name to be called. It took a minute but we thought it was due to them being a little busy on a Saturday night. But we watched them slowly make the orders while chit chatting. The couple before us received their food. So we had our son stand at the counter and listen for our name. In the meantime, a worker came and took his chair. We informed him that we were using it and he ignored us. We received our order, but not our cups. I went up to the counter and said excuse me multiple times, to it being ignored as well. I then said excuse me louder. The lady asked me what my problem was, not what i needed. I informed her that we needed our cups. She then ignored my request for cups and stood there mocking me. I informed her at that point, that she may be the reason for so many negative reviews. I went to another worker who gave me our drinks. Then we sat down to eat just to be told we had to pack up that the lobby was closed. Mined you the door says opened till 4am. Nothing about what time the lobby closed. We told them that we ordered a while ago and sitting to eat our food because it was dine in. They then told the security that we were not leaving. I informed her nicely that they have been rude and ignoring us this whole time. That we are sitting and eating. She said okay and left the restaurant. Then the young lady behind the counter rudely told us that we had to leave and was confrontational. We will not return
Cool concept. Was not very busy when I went for lunch but it was clean and friendly staff. Food took about the same amount of time as a normal tbell. It feels like the quality of food maybe a bit better but probably the same.
I'd go back, but I use it as a normal tbell. Hits the spot.
Nice in-line Taco Bell with all the usual TB fair. The food was as expected, fast food Tex-mex. The food came out quickly and the dining room was very clean and nicer than usual. I haven’t had Taco Bell in a long time, but my Grandkids wanted it. However, I’d come to this location again if needed.
All the way garbage ! Go to a different location. This place was terrible. I spent $45. My food was not even close. I ordered no lettuce ,got extra. Ordered no rice , they put rice in dishes that DON'T even come with rice. I added extra meat , not even kinda. I added guacamole, got some on one dish & everything else was drenched with sour cream. This was terrible! Hey manager reach out. I also didn't get a receipt to my email. FYI so you can look it up ,my order was under TY H. This happened on 2/3/24 around 10pm.
A dream come true!!! Now I can have a beer with the best meal in town and they even have the draft system that fills the cup from the bottom up. Wine and sangria are a bonus too. Very friendly staff, incredibly clean, great location, and the food is always superb. Can't wait to do brunch.
Been here so many times and tired of paying for a bowl for just just rice and buy my bf anything else for him to just get a tortilla and nothing else or just the meat. The workers are so lazy they never add the cheese the guac or short the meat. It’s something everytime. When picking up on the app it’s worse. Have tried so many times with this location and I never will again they are the laziest and can’t read what ingredients to add on a simple order.
