Came for a breakfast wrap and it was cold. Cheese not melted and cold eggs.
Still tasty if you microwave it but that’s the whole point of getting fast hot food.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Placed an online order 10 minutes before getting there, there was no one else in the drive-thru line so I pulled up to the window. There was a guy working there but he didn’t open the window or greet me at all. Now I didn’t really care about that part, but he then went to the counter and started talking to a customer for at least 5 minutes, and I could see my order sitting on the counter getting cold. Eventually the worker noticed I was there and opened the window to shove my order in my face without saying anything. Worst service I’ve ever had, won’t be going back to that Taco Bell but nowadays it seems every Taco Bell is low staffed and not well managed.
I went to this location Saturday. I ordered quite a bit of food, $30 worth, I got to my house which is by tramway and Paseo so not too close to it, to open the bag and half of my food wasn’t even in the bag. I got 2 of my crunchy taco supremes with light sour cream and they put none. I got a Mexican pizza with sour cream which they didn’t put any at all on it either. I drove back with the Mexican pizza and to get the rest of my food. I let them know the issue and they said they’d correct it and just replace the full order. I reminded the cashier about the sour cream on my Mexican pizza that I paid extra for and asked if they’d mind remaking it since it obviously would be cold driving back and forth, she seemed nice and said yes. They gave me my food, I got home and this is what I got. I like sour cream but I don’t know who in their right mind would want this much. I threw my food away since it was cold by the time I drove back and forth for their mistakes. Very disappointed that they have these type of rude/petty people working there.
Breakfast was delicious. Diablo sauce was spicy and zesty. Try them in the mornings sometimes, and they always have efficient service. What can I say, early bird experience was good...
Order my food through the drive-thru. The Kid working the window had his pants hanging down past his a**. The chips for the noches where disgusting. Smelt and tasted like the oil they were fried in hadn't been changed in weeks. Tacos and crunchwraps had barely any meat. Tried calling to make a complaint to the manager who told me he couldn't help me to go to the app. Very disappointed
If I can leave negative Stars I would. Avoid this restaurant like the plague.
Caucasian/Hispanic female with dark brown or black hair, light skin, young 16 to 18 approximately, petite, 5'4" tall, she was doing my Nacho fries with no gloves, put them into container to cook and was eating some out my bag. Then used the bottom of her t-shirt to lift a hot metal container, no pot holders??? Unsanitary and disgusting! Then I ordered extra fries and only got regular amount. The Nacho fries suck! A manager was unavailable to complain to. Other employees had no gloves either. Employees were dressed sloppy with shirts hanging out. I will report this to the Health Department if I don't hear back from Management! Then Manager called me back and threatened me not to complain no more, although he has it on camera! He was a jerk! He said, he would fix the order this time but complains that I complained about his store five times this year. I told him why do guys keep messing up? But never threaten a customer! I went the next day on Friday, because the Store Manager said he would replace my entire order and his Supervisor Issac said, they replacing a partial order instead. He said, the Store Manager called me a liar and he called me a liar too in front of other customers at the register. I told them I posted this on Google and will report them to the Health Department and Corporate by Monday! Terrible customer service! They keep escalating the issue instead of apologizing.
The worst customer service ever. Tossed our drinks luckily my wife got them. no greetings nor any communication just pay and oh hey give the wrong food as well .. if the guy in drive thru is in training he can learn hell of better or find another job you aren't dealing with the public
I came here today, like I always do you would think just because this is on academy that it would be better, we all thought wrong. I asked for a beef and cheese burrito only to be met with that they didn't have it. Like how long you been working here, I always get one or maybe it was just too windy, then ordered 5 crunchy tacos to be met with the price and wasn't allowed to finish my order. I get up to the window, to finish my order with frowns and like I was in the wrong look I understand customer isn't always right but I also ordered cinnamon twists and got less than half a bag for full price. There has been other occurrences, where we've been treated bad at this place butI will not be coming back here. I'm done being your garbage just because you live on academy doesn't mean you need to treat people badly I mean after all you are working at taco bell not some big corpo desk job
