Best WLM Reviews
So bummed. This used to be the best Taco Bell in the area. The last two visits, however, have been awful. It is like they spread ingredients on with a butter knife...there are very little in their burritos and tacos.????This is a picture of a chicken ranch burrito. Pretty much it was a tortilla with cheese sauce, a few shreds of chicken and a couple shreds of lettuce.
How hard is it to put napkins in someone’s bag? It cannot be that complicated……dining room was very clean but does not matter if product is lacking …..dude on window was slow….tacos were cold and shells were broken in half…store is great location…just lacks quality employees….unlikely to return to this particular place in near future
nice staff for fast food. you’re often waiting around for a little. when i first started going to this taco bell they would always mess up mods but they’ve gotten a lot better in the past year
This location is so horrible I deleted my old review to do yet another one. The front end service of this location is horrible. They don't do online orders correctly at all. Their drive thru staff are very rude. I place an online order for drive through and when I finally get through the 20 minute line I find out my food has been sitting and is cold. I call to complain and I'm told that I am in the wrong for waiting so long to pick it up even though i was in their line. I place a mobile order and they don't add the modifications! I add at least $2.00 worth of modifications every time!and never get it. I visit taco bell at least 2-3 times a week but will be re thinking this. This location used to be amazing and has done nothing but go down hill. Taco bell releases the cantina chicken that's supposed to come with the new sauce, every other location can seem to give it toe, but even when I pay for it I don't get it.
The server was wonderful, I could quite make sense of the menu changes in a hurry and she was helpful, efficient yet patient. Food was fresh, lettuce was crisp and it was still hot. Always a win!
The people working here absolutely can care less about your food. Not enough meat & I tell them to make sure it's hot and sure enough it's cold. This happened twice. I'm done with this location.
Recently have stopped going here to get breakfast. Was going 3 times a week but a few weeks ago the quality has went out the door. Upsets me every time I've went recently to get cold cheese, bacon and egg. Literally only thing warm in the crunchwrap is a hashbrown. This was not the way before, still give the stars because of the prior quality. No longer am I risking the cold breakfast it's rather disgusting and a let down before work. Actually went this morning to give benefit of the doubt, the wrap and hashbrown was warm, nothing else.
The last time I went, the girl had so much patience with me it was a nice change. Usually I have someone who acts annoyed that I ask even one question so I was thankful for that. The order is never correct if I order more than a couple things. Always forget my cheese for the chips & cheese or any side dips needed.
