They are so fast, and even though our family order is a bit complicated . Every time I go in the grill guy, I think his name is Tommy . Sees me ans knows what to do. I have never been disappointed here . The Hammond and Amite stores could really use some help. And take the Denham Springs store as a great example. I have a wonderful experience every Taco Tuesday Thank you for being an awesome crew with great leadership like Tommy.
The food was good and the service was fast and polite. My son enjoyed his treat for doing well on LEAP.
Alright so let me explain the scenario. I pull up to order my food and the woman asks me how I’m doing. I responded with “I’m alright”. Silence…. No “what can I get for you” or anything. I said “hello” and THEN she said what can I get for you. I said “a steak quesadilla and a large Dr Pepper” and she asked me if I wanted it as the meal. I asked her what the price difference is and she said “ummmm the meal is $10.67 and the other is around the same”. That’s not telling me the price difference. I asked what the price difference is and she told me the price of what I didn’t even ask for in the first place. I ended up getting the meal because I’m not in the mood to argue with idiots. I pulled up and paid for my food. They handed me my food. I ordered a steak quesadilla. Steak quesadillas lay flat. They handed it to me standing up in a small bag. My quesadilla is smushed at the bottom of the bag. I drive back to work excited to at least eat one of my favorite foods. I take the food out… it’s chicken. I ordered STEAK quesadilla and they gave me chicken. Long story short I won’t be going back to this location.
Missing 3 orders of Cinnamon twist. Lettuce was soggy. They added sour cream on items that were all supposed to be none. Crunch wraps tasted old. Called countless times to explain how bad food was no answer. Finally I went back there and spoke to manager in person and received refund.
They got everything wrong.
Then, my order which was 2 orders of cinnamon twist and 2 orders of 12 cinnabons.
I didn’t get any twist and the bons were literally recooked! No cream inside, so hard on outside it was like rock
I ordered a mexican pizza, it was just a little ground meat, refried beans and cheese. It reeked and tasted like card board, the box it came in. It does not matter what you order, all you get is a little meat, refried beans and cheese. Im done with taco bell.
Went though the drive thru and ordered for my family of four. SIX soft tacos and some had less than a teaspoon of meat and they all had NO cheese on them. The person fixing the food as well as the shift manager on 7/10 at 7pm either need to be retrained or FIRED. I don’t appreciate spending my hard earned money for an imbecile to rip me off. Stay away from this place if at all possible. We will never go to this ????hole again!!!
Food was barely warmer than the air. The drive thru cashier was VERY interested in her cellphone.
