My feelings are the same as others. Went in for breakfast. And it is kiosk order only. They have a sign up, on the front register. And I stood there, trying to get service for a good 10 minutes. They just looked at me and kept making food. I called back to them three times and was ignored. Finally, a woman sent up another employee. I told her I couldn’t figure out the breakfast order thing on the kiosk. She asked if I wanted her to help me. NO! In the time it takes her to show me, she could have already taken my order! I realize businesses are trying to push us everywhere to do our own checking out. So they can save millions of dollars by not paying employees. All in an effort to give shareholders a few more cents a share per quarter. In the meantime, we as the customers suffer, service and product wise.
I tried to figure out how to order a breakfast combo with the options I wanted for a good five minutes and gave up. Once she took my order, I asked for coffee. She told me their coffee machine was broken. Fine and dandy. But they said the same thing clear back last fall! If you aren’t gonna ever get coffee back on your menu, STOP ADVERTISING IT FOR BREAKFAST!
As consumers, we need to start standing up to diminished and nonexistent service, lack of selection and major food price increases across the board. All so the companies can increase their profit margins to record numbers. Again and again, like McDonalds charging $3 for a hash brown! I won’t be back to this location for a good long while, even though I live by it, I will go elsewhere. Maybe if I come back in a few years, things will have changed. Otherwise, I will write this place off the list. Just like Magna KFC. Not gonna accept subpar experience and food any longer.
Staff was very helpful. They opened the restroom for my son when they have only take away option
I really dig on some taco bell. They are fast but skimp on foods. I usually pay for coffee I don't receive and the portion sizes are becoming bunk. If you give me a bunch of 1/4 filled tacos, I expect the price to match.
Ordered a crunchwrap and it had no meat in it, about a spoonful! Can't believe they think this is ok. Guess taco bell wants me to become a vegetarian.
Clean restaurant, friendly staff, received food very fast. Made my order inside the restaurant. Great job and keep it up!
Don't use the app to order at this restaurant. They will receive your order and not make it, and then then you will leave empty-handed and have to call corporate to try to get a refund since, "There's nothing they can do." The manager, Jenn, didn't want to talk to us. She requested we roll our window up while we were at the drive-through, which is disrespectful. Treated us like we were less because I was asking how to navigate requesting a refund through the app as ordering ahead of time has never been a problem before. Jenn's response, "Leave, you're holding up the line" where I would have came and gone if they prepared my order at 10:30 when I ordered it instead of arriving at 11:10 and trying to get a refund for 20 minutes which never happened! $20 gone and I had people yell at me. Yay.
This location has changed to Kiosk only, to order food. The time it took 3 people to try to order on the Kiosk, I finally got a person to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE, granted she explained they are really pushing for the Kiosk only. Luckily, she did take my order. By the time I had received my food, the same people were still at the Kiosk ordering their food.
A person is so much faster! If this is where customer service is headed, then I am no longer supporting this business. I love being greeted by people, human interactions.
Kiosk just seems like the customer is an inconvenience.
Please make the Kiosk optional again, for those that love the Kiosk.
Got the crunchwrap combo and it was torn up, cold, and soggy. It was stuck to the wrapper too.
