Lately when making a day trip to Rutland, I like to pick up a quick lunch and this Taco Bell doesn't disappoint.
Costs have skyrocketed (like everywhere), but the employees working here are nice and the food is ready pretty quickly.
Love me some tacos! Just wish there was a bit more attention to detail with orders, no sauce sucks. Oh, and the wait can be much. Overall, its Taco Bell!
I got the Grilled Cheese Burritos from there. The first two were so good, I actually got two more! I'll never be a skinny man, thanks to Taco Bell's Grilled Cheese Burritos! The lady at the front counter was super nice, which is refreshing. I'll come back every chance I get.
How the drive thru is set up (land locked) it makes it very tough when the drive thru is backed up! Literally stuck in line until everyone ahead of you is served. Although the food is good.
Please know the food was so good, I mean incredible out of all the places in Rutland for FF.

The Female worker at window gave our mobile order to the car in front of us; it was re stickered with 5-6 stickers, tried to play it off as if it hadn’t happened but the evidence from the fist crumpled napkins and broken appetizer (which both may or may not of been handled by the previous customer and given back to us- food safety concerns?) implies it.
She still sent us off with a semi positive attitude… it was awkward though.
Back to the food OMG CANTINA CHICKEN… where have you been all my life. This whole meal was outstanding…
P.S. I didn’t eat the chips or use the napkins
Requested guacamole on the bean and cheese burrito. Didn't get it. That burrito not particularly tasty. Beef burrito had little beef. Asked if we wanted taco sauce. Said yes but didn't get it. Beef tacos OK. Got senior discount without asking for it.
One star for having horrible customer service. How your mobile app don’t work and I call and you say you can’t do anything for me. Staying at the Hilton thinking I can walk over to quick bite, closed? Ok I’ll mobile order, oh it doesn’t it. Y’all got keys and drive thru, at least take the order and I’ll give you my card. Do better as other fast food places have done.
Amazing service!! They had 30$ worth of food out in minutes! Way better than most Taco Bell’s I’ve been to in New England.
