So I eat Taco Bell probably once a week or once every 2 weeks. Something along those lines. I will say they did make one of the best enchilada burritos. I've ever had in my life LO. L. It was on the bargain menu in. It felt like it was a specialty burrito or something. Lower all quality and quality of it was absolutely amazing and very appreciated, especially today's day
Every single time I Doordash I try to get it from the main street location, because they never disappoint. But whenever I get my meals from this location there is always something wrong, something is missing or it's clearly made without care for the customer. I seriously do not recommend, go a few streets over to the taco bell that ACTUALLY cares.
Workers wasting time arguing that my burrito tasted strange… almost like sanitizer water instead of offering something else. I was nice about it, said they needed a manager… waited and walked out unresolved. Taco Bell will not receive my hard earned money anymore.
This is what you get when a generation has grown with no accountability and companies allow it to go on in their businesses.
Ordered online and food was made very quickly. The pickup shelf was in a good spot and my food was marked with my name on the box and the drink. Straw was taped to the cup. Food was portioned perfectly, had great taste, and a good temperature. One of the few locations that actually listens to my request of no ice in my drink. Very clean store.
So I stopped here after work and ordered the #1 meal, 3 taco supremes. Got home to find out they were the regular tacos. I also asked for hot sauce and the guy at drive through even said ok, but I got absolutely none. Very disappointed in this Taco Bell.
Ordered from them to deliver through doordash. Ordered steak chalupas and got 1 steak and 1 chicken. Ordered 10 packets or fire sauce and didn't get any, not 1.
For shame. Unbelievable. Another store that cooks their chalupa shells too long. They are hard as a rock and hurt my teeth. It's a shame that Taco Bell is unable to see that this needs changed but I guess this is what we deserve. At least whenever I visit a Taco Bell and want to get my favorite chalupa I met with disappointment.
