I ordered a taco, a bean burrito and a chicken soft taco. I waited in the drive-through for over 45 minutes when I got to the window they couldn’t find my order. I had to wait another 20 minutes. Spent an hour at Taco Bell trying to order three items I don’t know, how that’s possible
First of all this was a completely free visit. I added the app to my phone for order convenience and they gave me a reward of one free five layered burrito.
Just a piece of advice You can use a reward separately just as a reward with a zero cost ticket and close it out and get your order. This is a new location freshly opened They follow Taco Bell specs to the letter... It's a convenient location with the drive-thru and a dining room which were both open, accessible, and clean.
I just returned home from picking up my order from this establishment, and I must say that this place needs some attention. First, the soda machine is leaking water and looks as if nobody has evening borthered to mop it up, the tables have garbage still on them, the drain for the soda machine is clogged and over flowing. The soda machine itself has only one drink option working. The workers are lackadaisical and just put you items on the counter, no have a good day, no here's your order, I can tell these gentlemen were hired with zero customer service training.
The service here is horrendous. Lack of Taco Bell policies and procedures. I’m an adult walking into this location and I’m being rudely sequestered about brining a taco bell cup into the location for a water refill.. Employees laughing at customers. Yet everyday kids from the adjacent school enter this location and conduct themselves in an unruly manner with other customers, and they do nothing. This unprofessional behavior goes unchecked and makes this location a really bad experience.
I'm sure this on taco Bell more than anything by why does lobby orders take almost 10-15 min longer. Drive thru is fine and fast but taco Bell is doing something to ruin the experience of dining in. This is nothing on the workers the place is perfectly clean but times are terrible and any location dinning in.
The girl at the drive up window was one of the best I've ever encountered. She was pleasant and seemed to enjoy what she is doing. Because of her amazing attitude, we will be back to this location. Thank you.
The service we received through the drive thru was amazing!! Lezeth (Abel??) was amazing. He got our orders spot on and the food was warm and so so yummy. Even better than we hoped!! Will definitely be back because of how welcoming and friendly he was. Give that man a raise!
They can never get their orders right. Ingredients or entire portions of our order are always missing. They also consistently run out of menu items. A waste of time and money. Food tastes decent but would be better if it had all of the toppings.
