What seemed to be the manager said this is how fresco items are made and nothing is wrong with it. After many condescending comments she agreed to remake it, after I "specificied" how I wanted it made since this is how they come apparently. Not in my many times eating tbell have I ever had this experience. I'll normally eat it if it's a bit messy, this was bean soup on a taco. Didn't even have Lettuce. Both items dripped as I walked them in.
I’m the type you get what you pay for and I know it’s fast food so my standards are low, but holly smokes this was so gross. It’s drenched in mayo. The spicy slaw wrap I got was drowning in coleslaw. I did make sure I called to inform them of the poorly made food and I’m about 45 mins away from silverton Taco Bell/ KFC. The women asked I come back so she can make it right and bring in the terrible food. I have no problem doing that but it would need to be tomorrow as I live far away. She said per her policy it needs to be brought back today so she can make it right. Obviously isn’t in my schedule. I’ve tried this Taco Bell a few times and it’s just gross. Go or don’t go, I don’t really care either way. Just sharing my experience. Lower ur standards when it comes to fast food but not to the point u can’t eat the food you bought lol.
Anytime you show up to a Taco Bell and it ain't wrapped in the drive-thru there's probably something wrong and I should have known that when I pulled in The service was lackluster at best I waited longer than I've ever waited at Taco Bell biting into a soft taco and having the veggies taste like their 4 days old is never a good thing I'm waiting till tomorrow to find out how my stomach reacts to this maybe I will expand on my review after that it's probably not a question of whether I'm going to have explosive dia$&# but how bad will be the question. Thanks for the memories Taco Bell Silverton.
Go elsewhere. They forgot our burritos, added sour when we asked for none, sloppiness of my crunch wrap was terrible, and they told us they had no mild sauce. We went in to get the food they forgot and we found a ton of mild sauce. Lazy, and lack of focus..
They asked me to pull around in the drive through then I wait 20 minutes and had to go in. They forgot it on the counter. When I got home it was all smashed. It looked like someone used it as a punching bag
Never get my order right and I always have to ask for napkins and hot sauce after I check my bag even though I asked when I ordered. Rude guy at the window.
The worst service possible bratty kids in there throwing attitude in everyone's faces and can't complete an order to save their lives and food tasted awful. This location has been bad for a while. Honestly should probably just shut it down or fire all the children ????
I know it's fast food, but this is ridiculous, ordered the new chizza, they forgot the pepperoni, got two crunch wraps and one wasn't wrapped at all, I got a chicken little completely drenched in mayo, all by starting out with sitting in the line for 7 mins without being helped, never going back.
