Ordered a dozen of tacos, six soft and six hard tacos. We only got eleven tacos total. The dining room floor was sticky but looked clean for the most part. Service was fairly prompt.
I recently had the opportunity to visit a Taco Bell restaurant and try some of their food. I was impressed with the quality of the food and the service. The tacos were fresh and flavorful, and the burritos were filling and satisfying. I also enjoyed the nachos and the quesadillas.
The service at Taco Bell was also excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to get my food to me quickly. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant.
Overall, I had a positive experience at Taco Bell. The food was good, the service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean. I would definitely recommend Taco Bell to anyone looking for a quick and affordable meal.
Been sitting in the drive thru for 21 mins only 3 cars in the first 15 mins have successfully got their order now there's still 7 cars in front of us and 5 cars behind us all the way to the road longest drive thru ever. It's like it takes 5mins or more per customer to get their order. RIDICULOUS
So, I had previously rated this place a 5 star, it now that’s changed. I’ve been here five times and three out of the five I have had something wrong with my order. Last night I went and they forgot a taco. The time before the they had switched and entire meal with a different one. Then the time before that they forgot my chips and twist. It’s frustrating because I like Taco Bell and this is the closest one but they are always getting my order wrong.
Food was good, worker apologized for the wait in the drive-thru, all was good. Then I went inside to get two straws. And waited and waited, two more people behind me waiting to order as well. There the straws were, an arms reach behind the counter. I could grab them, but that would be awkward as it would look like your grabbing for the register. The sign by the napkins says to ask the front desk for straws. Gotta get the drive-thru orders though, priority one for 3 workers on deck. Finally got the line worker to get them for me.
Just put the straws on the counter if no one is going to man the station please.
I used the app to order after I parked next door at the truck stop. That went easy enough, but it did add an extra $1.20 to my order. Maybe it happened because I defaulted to Gpay, and it was a charge I do not remember previously. No big deal, just a bit weird.
I did walk over, looked at the "mobile order pick up" rack (area?), and saw nothing. Bunch of cars in drive thru, first thought, probably not made yet. After about 10 minutes in the counter area, an employee walked up, took an order from another employee, and then she walked away, not even acknowledging my existence.
After a (admittedly, possibly overly loud) "WOW," yet another employee asked if I had been helped yet. When I said now, and then showed him my phone order, a 4th person said "that order is right there" and pointed to a bag that had been behind the counter since before I walked in...
I see where the difference in price is now. The burrito and the roll-up were higher than the app price, may be because of location, who knows. The food seems to be prepared the way I asked, so bonus there.
Would I return to this location... at some point, perhaps. It is easy to access from the truck stop, but it will be a long minute before I do!
The night crew are simply the best. The nicest people you could ever come across and they are the most accurate Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I never have my order screwed up.
They always want to shake you down for your extra change and I have my own charities... They didn't even offer me my change back today.. Then when I ask for it back... They told me they were out of the change.. You can't make this stuff up.. You're not entitled to everybody's change... I am absolutely speechless.. If you're dishonest in little things your dishonest in much... If you're dishonest where the reward is a little you'll definitely be dishonest when the reward is bigger.. I think under this management I won't be back.. I'm a creature of habit, so I will be going somewhere else consistently.
