So if you order delivery from this location you can expect that they will not pack it will and it might arrive in a condition that makes it unappealing to eat. I ordered Mexican pizzas and crunch wraps as well as soft tacos, beefy 5 layer burritos. They packed the Mexican pizzas at the bottom of a bag then placed my crunch wraps on top of them. And then everything else was placed into another bag that the delivery driver placed on top of the pizza bag so all the weight of all my food sat in to of my pizzas for a 15 minute car ride. So this is what my pizzas looked like. You would think they would at the very least tell the driver to put the bag with pizzas on the top but no no why bother. Our crunch wraps had barely any meat. I know beef is pricy now but realize your prices instead of alternating your food too be an undesirablely low amount of food. No one wants a mouth full of sour cream and tomatoes. The app itself also failed to apply my coupon, so be sure you are checking that your coupons get applied before you checkout.
It’s A shame that people can be so lazy. I have tried to eat from this location multiple times. When ordering in store you get the best experience this restaurant has to offer because you don’t have to deal with anyone. Unfortunately even the manager doesn’t seem to care about much as the restaurant closes early and the staff is rude. There unfortunately is no ambition or drive to do anything better amongst the employees and they suck at taking orders and preparing food . Sad
AVOID - SERVED SHARP PLASTIC. Served three quarter inch piece of sharp plastic in Gordita Crunch taco. Look at the rest of the reviews, and see if that plastic would have be pleasant to swallow.
I ordered my food for Pickup so that I could be back in time for my meeting. When I arrived my food was not ready, despite the app (Door Dash) saying it was. I stood at the counter and was ignored by the entire staff. When I finally spoke up I was harassed by a staff member who growled in a questioning tone, "Five minutes... You waited FIVE MINUTES... FIVE MINUTES!!!" (Yes, he said it 3 times...) I can't make this up. Then he just walked off and told me I had to cancel my order via the app.
I am NEVER going there again.
Don't bother going here. When you go to the counter to order noone will even acknowledge you are there let alone take your order.
Just went in there at noon on a Monday, stood there at the register for about 5 minutes and not one single employee would even look up to acknowledge I existed let alone take an order from me or the other two people that were standing behind me. After 8 minutes of staying in there waiting with no acknowledgment. I even exist or concern for me getting an order in, I finally turn around and just left. If they don't want my business then I guess they won't get it. What a waste of time this place is
Food was ok. They did get the order right and it was to the drive through window promptly. Might start driving a little further to go to this one.
Ordered online a 60 dollar order to pick up at 615p. Get there at 620p and my order wasn't even made yet. Finally left at 650p with free taco coupons. Get home separate the order among our family of 5, only to find out that I didn't even have all my order. Go back hangry, to get the rest of my order return home again at 730p and find they couldn't even get the customizations right. All this for a big online order that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 615p.
This Taco Bell was clean. The staff were very nice, however I did find a lot of inconsistencies in the food. The food was fresh though. And that "value" is gone, I'd get better value for my money elsewhere.
