When I got home and opened my taco I was so disappointed. I'm used to getting some pretty rough tacos. I know the person that made it was just outside the back door and he had to run back in and rush it. But this specific taco was no taco at all. It was not even half a crumbed tortilla covered in taco guts. The rest of my order was normal garbage but to take my money and then service me something that should have been thrown in the waste is disrespectful. When I took my order back to the store the old lady on the headset was very rude like it was my fault and it would be so hard to replace it. I don't know who the manager was, no one had a name tag on but a gentleman named Kyler came to the window, apologized, and fixed my order. I will eat here again because it's Taco Bell but I will also come back if you take my money and not give me what I pay for. It's not cool
Update: I went back of course and ordered a grilled cheese burrito with extra everything but instead got a grilled tortilla filled with sour cream, tomato guts, and some googy brown stuff which I think was old lettuce. This is the worst taco bell I've ever been and it's mostly because of the staff and their complete disrespect for customers and the food they serve. It seemed like most of the same staff as last time. I didn't get my food replaced in fear of what could be worse or my money back because I ordered online. At least the back door was shut and everyone seemed to be doing something productive. I really hope they can do better next time because I love Taco Bell and I will be back.
Food hasn't been great past few times I got it. Couple times my food was burnt. Often theyre missing or out of ingredients, sometimes multiple ingredients. 2 Times I've heard cursing thru the drive thru speaker on evenings. One of their crew outside laying on sidewalk blocking walkway. Just very unprofessional. One girl told me they were badly understaffed. So much needs fixed.
I ordered two chili cheese burritos. Simple right. Well you'd think. My shell was cold and the cheese was cold. Not melted. On BOTH of them. It was all shredded cheese and no chili. HORRIBLE food. And can't reach the restaurant by phone. Nobody answers.
Poor quality food no matter what you order or what time. Always out of something. Lazy emoyees sitting in lobby all the time or on cell phones not bothering to take your order. Employees laying on sidewalk and outside smoking by enterance having to rush in to take orders. Vulger loud conversations heard through drive through speaker when ordering and also heard while in lobby. Seems alot of employees were high. Rude and non professional is an understatement. They were also CLOSED at 9AM last week for no reason! This place is absoloubtly awfull!! Managers Cody and Andrew are NOT managing this store well!!
That is the way they made my beef n cheese crunch wrap. They were rude taking my order thru the drive thru n messed up n when repeated myself four times this is what I had to pay for. Horrible ????
as always, the employees are phenomenal and willing to go above and beyond. they’re so kind and have done everything they can to ensure that an order is right.
Restaurant runs out of the basic things on a regular basis. No forks no large bags. How does your staff have time to sit in the dining room area and smoke outside and smoke at the kitchen entrance door with it wide open. Poor food quality. Plus the guy that wears the Bear Bryant style hat needs to go he is annoying.
We got our food through the drive thru and were missing items. No big deal. We went inside and got it fixed. We left and as we are going down the road, I felt something start leaking ALL over my lap. It felt like water was pouring in my lap. Thankfully, I had a Kroger bag and put my soaked bag of food into it. When we got home I had to shower because my lap was soaked and my husband pulled the Taco Bell bag out of the Kroger bag. The bottom was so soaked that everything broke through. The tacos were not edible and soaked in, I'm assuming, grease. The burritos and nachos were fine and the fries were half full. I have never had an experience this horrible at a fast food restaurant.
