Waited a half hour to get our food, when checking status on our order the staff explained to me that they got a 22 piece order ahead of ours. They were not doing anything after to 22 piece order that is what prompted me to check on mine, while I was checking another patron had also asked for their order, this is where it all went down hill, the Manager started flailing her arms and yelling so all customers could hear stating "it's all up and down" several times. The customer she was talking too asked for her money back. First of all, a Manager should defuse the issue and make it up to the customer. By rushing the order through and compensate them by offering a free dessert. Secondly she should bring her staff to the side and speak with respect to them encouraging them. Really, this should be standard protocol instead of someone having to mention it.
Sodas never have ice served warm and flat, tacos sent out with no contents, and a rude wannabe Jack sparrow taking orders..
Went thru drive-up. Staff was very personable, helpful, positive. Makes a difference! Food was great. Loved my chili burrito with extra cheese, tacos supreme, chicken n steak burritos. Really hit the spot so to speak. Hubby was happy, too!
I just witnessed a customer berate a staff worker about a troubled delivery through a third-party app. There were only TWO staff working the entire restaurant from what I witnessed. The entitled customer has zero social awareness and zero respect for herself. I hope the overworked female employee does NOT get reprimanded because her hands were absolutely tied in the scenario! My only takeaway is that why in the heck is management not by these two people's side. I wouldn’t have ordered if I would have known the severity of the store’s situation.
Update: The cops were called. Seriously? Just walk away, lady, and ask your bank for a refund at this point. You are wasting resources. Have the day you deserve.

told in the drive thru to come inside for my mobile order, sat all the way through the drive thru line just to find out the doors are locked. one employee lets me inside, to which the "manager" starts saying to get out because "my lobby is closed", however, one nice employee shows me my food is sitting in their pickup kiosk. terrible manager, and confused how I was supposed to get my food otherwise. I was told to come in, to be told to get out. Thank you to the nice lady employee who helped me out anyway. shame to the disgraceful manager. Didn't know hastings way could get worse than craig road t-bell but here we are.
Rude Employees. Ordered my food online got notification that order was ready went to go pick it up. The employees are in the parking lot saying they're not open till later. Come back at that time food wasn't ready the employees were just said they won't be ready for another half hour. Asked them to cancel my order as it said it was ready to pick up told me I have to cancel the order. Even though on the app you cant cancel an order after it's been received. They then told me that "You should just wait then." And walked away. Did not hear one apology or anything.
Why does this place suck so bad? Regularly come here on Sundays as I run errands. Not once have I gotten thru the drive thru in under 10 minutes. Last 4 times I have ordered chili cheese burritos and every single time I bite in and the CHEESE IS STILL SOLID! FFS cheese melts when it's in warm chili......
I must be some kinda stupid for still going there despite the bad service, slow service and subpar uncooked food.
These issues 100% fall on management. It should be considered theft to charge people what you do for uncooked food and awful service
Night manager won't let you pull forward in drive through causing massive back ups into the road and very slow service. Not to mention I have heard this night time manager screaming at ex employees through the drive through. Very unpleasant experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, GO TO THE CRAIG ROAD OR CLAIRE MONT LOCATION.
