Stopped to pick up lunch for my son. Had to order from kiosk. Got my food order but did not get his drink. The person walked away and ignored me when I tried to get a cup. Another employee came and provided the cup. Updating decor is needed.
Great drive thru service. Until we returned to the hotel. Bite in to my tacos hard crusty pieces look the bottom of the pan refried beans. Yuck ???? called they said to bring them back. So back there we go. Know the others food is going to be cold. Get back they did my order over. Never have had this happen hope never again. Young men at this location stated they forgot to add water. Just adding water will not help the bottom of extremely dried refried beans. Have to say Taco Bell is no longer inexpensive so prefer food to be fresh!
I gave this location many chances and they have almost always failed. I will say, when there is a particular lady working the food is always well made and the order made right. Unfortunately, she isn't always working. I usually order through the app and half of the time my food is missing ingredients, the other times they give me something that is completely wrong. Like the other night, I ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito, instead I got the beef grilled cheese nacho fries. I was already home when I discovered this so into the trash it went. This location just needs to improve or people will simply go elsewhere because this has been ridiculous.
Be sure to have a lot of time available before you get into this drive thru. You can’t get out of the drive thru once you’re in it and the average wait is 30-45 minutes. I’m sure they’re unstaffed, but it would be nice to get out of the drive thru after waiting for so long.
Clean. Hard workers. The Cheesy Rice and Bean Burrito was so much bigger than the other Taco Bells I've been to! It's $1!!!!! Watermelon Berry Freeze tastes like a Watermelon Jolly Rancher!!! Mmmmmm!!!
We usually only come through the drive-thru. The new items on the menu are so delicious. The 3-cheese, chicken Flatbread melt is yummy!!
So i order almost $50 worth of food....i forget to add a drink... my fault i get that. Drive thru employee tells me his manager isnt doing add-ons, i will have to drive all the way around to add just a drink or go around and come inside....
Mind you after this i waited 5+ minutes for my food(could of really did another transaction for my drink in this time but what do i know?)
Anyways lady(different from who took my payment proceeds to not say a word and seemed to have an attitude. I won't be back plenty of Mexican restaurants in town to get way better food from anyways, Thanks for doing me the favor today Freeport Taco bell and making sure i dont spend anymore money here.
WASTE OF MY TIME. I waited 20 minutes after I ordered to even have a chance to pay. I saw multiple lbs of spilled food on the floor in the back and by the time I finished eating my TWO tacos. It had been an hour
