Best WLM Reviews
The girl at the drive through was amazingly nice! The manager on midnights was rude… My family placed a large mobile order and they someone closed it out and charged our card without making the food. When I went to pick it up, I was told I would have to call their corporate help desk. After speaking to the manager, I requested a refund. She tried to short me on my change for my refund and got angry when I asked for the rest of my change…
The employee amber had gone beyond out of her way to ensure good service one of the best employees they have she has the best suggestions on what to get not to mention she saved my life twice shes currently being targeted by a narcissistic abuser we have a group chat of his victims where we are building a case against him, we have been conversating with lawyers and combining the massive amounts of evidence of his actions against all of us she is a good employee and she's the one standing up for us she gave us all a voice and told us that we wont have to worry or live in fear anymore.
Dear Amber Robinson…. We know who you who you are we know where you work! This is insane! Making fake facebooks and posting things like this like come on! You’re posting rumors out of jealousy and hatred! Taco Bell if you see this please fire her! Your employee is racist and keeps messaging me , my friends, and my family and I will be taking this too corporate! Although this is aside from work, she obviously is saying, commenting, and posting things on the clock! If this does not end we will gladly be in Dover/ New Philadelphia to handle this! Y’all got one special employee!
Service is better than McDonald's at least they don't forget what you order.
Dawjinc has always liked Taco Bell. Love this one! Great fast service at dinner.
Cindy served with fun, laughing and goodwill. She enjoys her work. Her life at Taco Bell is about much more than Taco Bell and a paycheck. Delighted by her excellent service. Dressed Egg Taco with bacon was the first time I tried it. It was tasty. Thank you!
Amber Robinson an employee stalks and doxx customers. Something needs to happen this is totally and completely unacceptable
Very rarely do I get my order wrong from this location but we are all human. Recently I had a mess up, realized it at home, drove back. I was angry and stomped back in, trying to compose myself after the long day i already had. The manager on duty noticed my face right away and rushed up to fix the issue. Immediately he went back and made my order himself, ensuring it was correct. Probably apologized profusely 6 or 7 times. I will be returning to this location.
