Poorly managed. Long wait for food despite it not being that busy. Then food was not prepared to standard. I had a soft taco that was essentially just a tortilla. Maybe a tablespoon of ingredients. One whole point of Taco Bell and other fast food is consistency. This one failed.
Over an hour wait and still no food terrible service have to wait at least 10 minutes before anyone in the kitchen bothers checking the counter and half the staff will just be standing around outside on break while there a 12 car line I mean the food prolly tastes fine but from past experiences with similar (30 minute not hour like this one) wait times it's usually wrong they will completely disregard a custom order not just mess it up but completely disregard not to mention not giving you hot sauce even if you add it to the order terrible taco bell almost worth driving to Bellevue as there staff is quick and somehow makes the food better than a normal taco bell
Every time I come here my order is either wrong or the middle school staff is too busy tweeting to take my order. I’ve gotten party packs shoved into bags or when they’re actually placed in boxes the bottom falls out. I watched the manager ignore guests when asking for their drink cups so he could post on his Snapchat or whatever he chose to hold more important than his money. I get that it’s a first job for some but nobody is holding these kids accountable on the absolute unprofessional behavior they exhibit. Do yourself a favor and go to taco time.
Hands down the WORST fast food establishment we’ve ever been to, each and every time we try to go here for food. This time was the final try. Customer service was awful, the child working the drive thru greeted us with a “hello??” like we were disrupting him. We got our first order within 2 minutes and checked it considering every time in the past they’ve gotten it wrong, shocker.. they got it wrong again. Told the grumpy child working the window we were missing a quesadilla and he rolled his eyes and said hold on. Waited another 4-5 minutes and he handed us a full bag and he said they made the whole order again, I looked inside the bag and sure enough, still no quesadilla. I told him again and his eyes rolled to the back of his head. At this point he unplugged the monitor tracking our wait time because it was getting to 10 minutes. Finally, he throws the bag out the window at me, no apology or acknowledging anything and slams the window. There was actually a quesadilla inside the bag but by the time we got home, we opened all the food and noticed they got 3/5 of our other items wrong and the quesadilla wasn’t even cut lol. This is the biggest joke of a place, I don’t know how they have 3 stars, but we will definitely drive 15 minutes out of our way if we ever want Taco Bell again because we will never come back to this horrible one.
Don’t waste your time with hopes you will have a better or even decent experience because this place is ran by children who could care less about doing their jobs and working. Obviously management doesn’t care either considering this has been an issue for others for a long time and they can’t seem to get their employees to actually do anything right.
As usual, the food is what you expect from Taco Bell. Regular options and portions. What is particularly not good is the service. There are hardly any dine in customers. it's all take out and mobile orders, but it can take anywhere between 20 mins to 45 mins to have food ready after checking in. The mobile order option of driving through is not allowed here, so you will need to step inside and wait. I wish Taco Bell addresses this issue and hired more staff to handle the peak orders which is generally in the evening.
Worst taco bell ever. How do you mess up a bean and rice buritto? What kind of idiot puts empty taco shells in the bag??? I will drive to snohomish where I know I will get what I ordered, not tortillas with red sauce and lettuce and a watered down soda that's been sitting on the counter for a half hour. This place needs to be shutdown. We don't need a taco bell.
Out of so much stuff. Tells me their new item only to tell me they are out of chicken. Weird. Hand written signs all over the speaker where you order. You think it would at least typed and printed. Wait times weren't bad but I think it must have been because they were out of so many items.
Absolute joke of a Taco Bell. Run by kids baked out of their minds and managed by a prepubescent genius that can’t manage to get off his phone long enough to fill his guests orders. I will drive to another town to get Taco Bell from now on. The woman that assisted me was the only pleasant experience about this location and she wasn’t even on the clock.
