So we've went here multiple times and things seemed to go well but this recent time, I'm not sure who's parade was rained on, but dang did our order get all screwed up.
We ordered beefy 5 layers and got beef melts instead
The food wasn't wrapped really so everything was spilling out into the bag
Then the food itself looked like a mess
We got a dipping taco and 2 spicy potato soft tacos and this is how they turned out looking
I didn't get a picture cause at that point I just say whatever cause I was hungry but the spicy potato taco, literally had maybe 4 chunks of little potatoes and a huge handful of lettuce and I had that spilling lettuce all over
I delivered a few door dashes from this location. Every time there is not a team member even NEAR the counter. It takes 5 minutes to even see one. The place is a sty with napkins and spills all over the dining room. The only positive part is that the order takes so long to be prepared I can hang out in the bathroom as long as I'd like (a commodity uncommon for dashers.)
I no longer see the desserts. Would like to see them come back. The prices went ridiculously high for tacos....
I enjoyed them this time, but not always up to par.
The staff, drive through... ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT.
The one manager is very rude. 9 out of 10 times, our mobile order is wrong or missing things. The only reason I go back is because it's 2 minutes away and convenient.
Their high chairs for children wasn't cleaned they look like they haven't been clean in a hot minute. I picked the trash bag up that was on one thinking it was clean nope it was dirty also. I think they need to be cleaned after someone uses them. Yes I asked for someone to clean it and she did say sorry about that. I did say it's fine it happens but it's kinda annoying. Both them being dirty then after I left I put it back and there was a girl cleaning the lobby and didn't even go clean it GROSS.
Now I've been to my fair share of Taco Bell's, I know where the good and bad ones are, this is definitely a good one. Friendly, clean staff who make the food properly. Nice and modern establishment with a great 1.00 menu, and no, not the garbage 1.39 menu. Plus, they let you inside and fill up your own in drink for takeout, a rarity in the covid times. All my highest recommendations. This establishment represents the best in Taco Bell, all should follow suit.
I know the country is having shortages at this time, but I just got tacos that are as thick (or thin) as an Orio cookie. Look at the picture. Definitely going to complain to the management about this one. This place is going downhill fast. I called the store and talked to a manager named Josh. I was promised a replacement meal plus some coupons. I went back thru the drive thru a couple of days later. The lobby was locked at 12:03 PM on a Saturday. The replacement tacos were just as bad as the originals (see second photo). They just lost a customer. I will never go back to this store.
I've never had an issue here, there always very polite and fast!! My food is always hot and tasty!!
