This is ridiculous. The receipt clearly states supreme and there no tomatoes but some foreign weird smelling meat on one of my tacos. The receipt for some reason says 9 hot sauces… well they gave me 21and I promise I didn’t request even 9. This is a poor excuse for fast food and probably unsafe. Phone is busy when i call to request a refund at least… this is sick and the overall meal costed 17.54… that goes crazy for me! This is not even edible or maybe if i put my 21 packs of hot sauce on it I’ll just be able to enjoy it. I’m insulted because this is supposed to go in my body. Your people have some kind of problem with there job or the people they serve. Hateful food
Worst experience at this location. All of the crunchy tacos that I received were soggy, old and broken! They are called crunchy tacos not soggy tacos, if I wanted soft I would have order soft tacos. I was also rushed to place my order. Upon entering the drive in I was immediately greeted and asked what I would like to order. I said I need a minute to look over the menu. I was told to take as long as I like and to order when I am ready, but less than a minute later I was asked again to order. I wanted to puchase more items but didn't get the time I needed. I could understand if there was a line behind me, but there wasn't. After I paid I was told to drive to the front and park but there were no cars behind me. When my order came back all of my items were placed in a small bag and stuffed inside, hence the broken tacos. Why wouldn't you just give me two bags? Clearly not everything fits in on bag or you could have at least placed my tacos on the very top. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to throw away my items and it was an absolute waste! Won't be back, I would rather drive out of my way that to have deal with incompetence.
This location is terrible and needs new management and employees. It is a joke. The employees are rude and incompetent and should not be allowed to work around food. This location is close to my work, so I've come here twice now. Both times it took over 10 minutes to get my order and it wasn't busy. Both times the orders were incorrect and the food was prepared terrible and sloppy and not per the order. The employees didn't care and acted annoyed when I asked for it to be corrected. It didn't taste like normal Taco Bell, something was off. I'll probably end up sick now. This place should close. I'll never be back
Wife sat in drive thru for 27 mins, trapped not able to leave having placed a mobile order, before anyone spoke to her. 35 mins later (in total) finally able to leave. $2 for a thin, hardly any meat which is a nasty slury, basic taco. This place needs to be put out of business!
Took them 12 minutes to ACKNOWLEDGE MY EXISTENCE at the call box. Half the time they ask you to wait out front so they can lie about their drive thru times. Also your chips are ALWAYS STALE.
I believe someone who responsible for the workers will see that. Just came to pick up the order for the DoorDash and the old lady. messed up with two orders., for the second person. Started to scream in like go away and called the person to figure out what drink has.-I said that they have received an information about the drink so they had to give me the drink that was listed on. The receipt is how they know what to give me. She started to yelling that she will call to DoorDash and she will do everything to move me from the line, but there was no other cars. so she just took a random drink and gave me it like crazy. It was all in the drink, my hands, my car and she still been yelling. I believe that I’m not the only one who made this inappropriate acts. Do something with this woman that can’t control her self.
After delivery, both customers called me and said the items it was missing and some items was wRong . I connected to DoorDash support and explain all the situation with this woman they made refunds to customers are never going to pick up orders at this Taco Bell anymore.
I discovered my order was messed up only upon arriving home. Since I don't eat meat, I had to throw everything away. Going back wasn't worth it, considering it's a 15-minute drive one way.
I ordered on the app for takeout and only ordered one burrito and it took 20 minutes to get my food when I was on a 15 minute break at work. I asked them to cancel the order when I found out it was going to be a while but they said they couldn't cancel it and I tried to cancel it on the app but could find nowhere to do so and the whole time the manager Christine, I think was her name, was just rude. They were totally understaffed for it being dinner time and more employees would have definitely remedied the issue
