I never remember having a problem with service at this location; last visit, the crew was helpful, and my food was presented after an infinitesimal wait.
The dishes on the Cravings Value menu are crazy cheap, given the portion sizes - especially the burritos. I suspect the $1 Cheesy Rice and Bean Burrito (420 calories) isn't even unhealthy, relative to most other restaurant food anyway.
$1.20 + tax for this sorry, small, squashed, pathetic thing they call a Cheesy Roll Up. A pinch of cheese that does not even fill the tortilla. I can buy a 12 pack of tortillas for $2.00.
I went here during what should be the busy dinner rush on a Thursday. I was the only person inside the entire store and there were three employees standing around looking at me when I walked in. They proceeded to tell me that the only way that I could order food would be to use the kiosk and do it myself. I just left a full-time job and did not care to work part time for Taco Bell.
I am convinced that the pandemic has incorrectly led to the belief that people need fast food restaurants. I do not need Taco Bell and I walked back out the door. All of the fast food workers want more more pay to do less work on top of asking for ridiculous tips for doing nothing. if everyone patronizing these businesses that think that they can dictate to customers, this will stop. The fact that I was the only person inside of this restaurant during dinner time

By far the most worst co workers and ghetto establishments I’ve ever worked in. Whatever bad reviews customers have left it’s 100% true. I worked here 2022 for like a month & 1/2 & quitted. The so called supervisors play favorites & treat unfairly especially this one named Clem that thing so annoying but expect to do your best everyday in a toxic environment for $12 per hour. If you’re a dasher you’ll be waiting g forever in line & after like 11pm or midnight they’ll be open but refuse to sell to customers for whatever or food will be skimp. Haven’t worked fast food since I left this place
Order at a kiosk, put on your name for the order and then they call out a completely different name. I wait for my name, theres a bag sitting around and i ask does it have 2 tacos and a quesadilla they say yes i say that one is mine, they dont apologize for saying a completely different name and having me wait around for no reason. They didnt have my 3 large drinks ready and when i filled them up, the soda bag was out. So i had to come back and refill with a different drink. No apology, just blank stares like its a me problem. The losers working last night should be replaced but no one cares. Taco Bell doesnt care, the employees do not care, and customers do not care either. Will never come back to this Taco Bell even though i live in Speedway. Customer service just doesnt exist anymore.
Friday midnight crew is well mannered and polite ngl they gave my order to someone else but offered to cook another one right away and were apologetic I didn’t mine eating it after someone else touched the bag. Good job guys i went from pissed to happy because of how nice you were about it.
I went through the drive-through for tacos and burritos, and I was in and out very quickly. The server was friendly, and our order was correct. I typically rate companies based on help, attitude, and order correctness. I was disappointed to learn there were no taco packages available and that I had to order them individually. They used to have 10 packs, etc. I can't fault the workers for menu changes. I will return based upon my first experience.
Worst store ever, staff is rude, I was stuck in drive thru line after midnight to pick up an order which is usually what every other store does but they made me come inside store to pick up, they couldnt just hand it to me thru the window plus inside was filled with smoke bcoz of cleaning, did I really need to inhale that smoke to pickup that order? Train your staff better and make sensible rules
