Horrible experience, My cantina taco was not made with the right shell and was only half full. The location has always been bad but they are progressively getting worse
Do NOT take your family/friends to this location, especially if they have special needs. I am proud to work with teens who have special needs and just want to be a part of the community/learn social skills. The way that lady who claimed this was “her store” treated our staff and students was horrifying. We left to eat somewhere else after feeling unwanted and disrespected. Luckily our students acted with a great deal more integrity than that woman. I’m appalled.
If I wanted a lettuce and sour cream taco I’m sure I could of asked for it don’t want extra ,how about just the right portion? What I paid for. The girl at the window was super nice but food! You can see for yourself
I ordered Black Beans and Rice, did not get them.
I ordered a Build Your Own Craving Box with a Crunchy Taco - saw this was ordered incorrectly and spoke to the manager to remove the Burrito and add the Crunchy Taco instead, she spoke to the staff to make the change - never happened
I have been to many Taco Bell’s and never had to wait over 20 minutes to receive my order - ordering in a sit down restaurant would have been quicker.
We’ve been to a few Taco Bells, and some.. due to their not filling a burrito or taco with barely half the ingredients, we won’t go back to. But this one, from the time we entered the door to the time we left -everything was exceptional. Greeted immediately with a positive attitude and a smile; the order was perfect, and then thanking us as we left. Wow. We will be sure to come back. Jessy H- thank you!
The school I work at frequently goes on community outings to work on social skills and life skills and we unfortunately tried out this Taco Bell. A staff from taco bell interjected in a situation that was under control and not affecting the store in anyway. She began yelling at a student and staff. She threatened to call the police multiple times and refused to be understanding or accommodating for our students. This upset our students immensely and we had to go to a different location to get food. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. This situation was highly unprofessional and inappropriate.
Terrible service. Ever changing staff that are never trained. Incompetent management that looks as lost and untrained as their staff. Food is always incorrect. Clean like an episode of Horders. It's amazing this place is even operating.
It's always a great place to go grab a quick bite! They allow dine-in now. I ordered a veggie power bowl, a supreme soft taco, and a supreme burrito. The veggie power bowl was good, but didn't have enough tomatoes. They have many different sauces to choose including mild, hot, fire, and diablo. The diablo sauce wasn't very spicy.
