Not the first time but this last time was enough for me to not ever return to this Taco Bell. Got my food around 9:30 there was only me and one other car so no reason anyone should be rushing. My burritos weren’t wrapped all the way to where everything was falling out. My cheese for my nacho fries all the way at the bottom on its side being smashed by everything else to the point it broke the lid and the cheese was all at the bottom. The fries were also at the bottom being completely smashed. AND THE WORST PART I EASILY PULLED FIVE PIECES OF HAIR OUT OF THE BAG!! Will never spend another dime at this Taco Bell since these employees don’t seem to understand us customers are the reason they are getting a check.
food was fine. it was whoever was running the drive thru today. the person taking my order had attitude from the first word out of her mouth. very displeasing. then they told me they weren’t sure if they gave me regular or zero baja blast and when asked to remake it were very rude about it. i’m diabetic so drinking a regular baja blast would quite literally kill me. i think y’all should be happy you’re dealing with a drink remake and not a lawsuit.
Delicious, got my specialty order correct, and speedy service!!! One of my favorite Taco bells to stop by. Definitely will be back ????????????????
The general manager and manager under her was very rude. They messed up our order and the guy was very rude to my husband because he had to fix the order that they messed up. My family won’t me back to this Taco Bell.
Only 1 star because of general manager rude comments about food. Other staff are friendly and has never messed up on my food.
I had a great experience this time. Thank you Taco Bell ????
Taco Bell is normally always open if your a late eater. They have really good crunchy tacos if you get them with just meat, xtra cheese, and make it supreme if you like that. And those cinnabons right now, yum!! Recommended for sure!
You wad up my food and when my husband ask for a refund you tell him to leave or yall call the cops. No if you change something cool like if the sleeves are no more I get it but if I order food from you atleast try and make it my money's worth.
