Let me tell you, I’ve literally had Taco Bell in almost 40 states as I’ve traveled around and this one is consistently the best I’ve ever had. Orders through the app are never wrong, everything is always delicious and actually has all the ingredients. It’s always great. And the one time something was forgotten (super busy game day) they replaced it no questions ask. Seriously the best. I would never review a Taco Bell but this one literally is just the best one out of the 39 states I’ve traveled through.
I had the unfortunate luck of ordering some Mexican pizza from this place. Usually my hometown makes it great so I was expecting the same.
Turns out these guys don’t care about quality here, the tortilla was spoiled with bad oily taste to it, the cheese wasn’t even cooked. I think they forgot to put the whole thing in the oven ? I had to leave everything as is on the counter after one bite.
If you have another option, please go there, must avoid!
This taco belle is horrible!!! Dirty tables… Sloppy workers on their phones. Making dry, cold tacos, fries where somehow wet and soggy…Workers where fighting, and I had 2 hairs in my food…0/10 do not recommend!!!
I won’t be returning. This place always find a way to mess up a order. And I always regret not looking in my bag before I drive off. They was rushing to meet a drive through instead of focusing on the quality of the food they’re passing in the driveway. I am missing a crunchy taco from my chalupa meal, I paid for a taco supreme and got a regular soft taco. The little bit of meat that was in the tacos smell really bad. I called the restaurant, and no answer. This place really play with people time and money
Mmmaaaannn! This Taco Bell always has the excuse, just like every other fast food place, of not having enough employees at certain times! Then change it! Raise the pay for these employees, give better incentives and / or better benefits! The last option is to close but when a customer pulls up and there are 20+ cars waiting outside and the drive-thru says that it's a 20-30min wait for freaking tacos ????! That's not OK! That's flat out ridiculously ridiculous and greedy and irresponsible! The food comes in bags that get boiled and heated up! How the heck does it take 30mins for tacos! Nnnaaahhh!!! You know your 2 blocks from the stadiums of 2 major sports franchises and a casino! Within 20mins drive of 5+ major college campuses! Come on man fix this!
Nothing fancy about the food, other than getting a spoonful of meat on the tacos. This place was clean, and my order, the guy, gave me an extra Taco because he said one was broken. How many times do you get home and some percentage of your crunchy tacos are broken. I was surprised that he gave me a free one. It was a very nice gesture. So with all that being said, I recommend this tacobell if you're in the area and have the munchies
My order took over an hour for the employees to make. I had a simple delivery order and everything arrived cold/ room temp and no longer edible.
Every item we ordered was wrong. Whoever put the meal together didn't read any of the food items. Chicken quesadilla instead of steak. Hard tacos instead of soft shell.
Just a mess. Avoid at all cost.
