**AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS**
Comically bad service. I pull up to the speaker when there are no other cars in the line. Takes roughly 2 minutes to be acknowledged by the young lady.
Not knowing if they were even open (it was 12:40 am, 5/27/24) due to the lack of acknowledgement I hadn't decided what I wanted when she asked. Not 30 seconds pass when I say "I'm ready"
Pure silence.
So I say "hello?"
"Order whenever you're ready!" she shouts back
I start in on my order when I'm interrupted with "we can't make that, we don't have parchment paper"
So I alter my order and am again told "can't make that either, don't have parchment paper"
The young lady made no attempt at offering an alternative or indicating my business was welcome. Furthermore, the "no parchment paper" is an excuse I've heard from them before, leading me to believe the case is that they don't want to actually work for their last hour and 20 minutes of being open.
Having worked in the service industry for a decade plus, I understand the inconvenience that can be caused by a guest arriving right before close. This was not the case as I arrived well before close.
I do not wish this young lady to be fired, but she does need an attitude and work ethic adjustment, as I've decided Taco Bell is no longer deserving of my business when there are friendlier alternatives nearby.
The staff says they always appreciate orders with cash, using $1 bills and exact change! Staff is friendly and has suggestions. Parking is free and plentiful.
Taco Bell used to have games and they don't now
So this location is supposed to be open till 2am. I arrived around 11:45pm and a long line of people were waiting to order but no one was taking orders or even acknowledging us through the speaker. When I drove past the drive through windows at least one man was inside but was not paying any attention to the cars in drive through. No signs were posted on the speaker or the windows to alert us to an early closure of business. Not sure what was going on.
Edit: 04/24 I was there by 10:30 and every light in the building was off. Google still says it's open till 2. What's going on? I used to love this location.
Have been here several times, never anyone working the register, have to be kinda loud to get anyone's attention. Like they are trying to avoid you. Then the food has like a teaspoon of meat on anything you get, definitely not worth the price or my time.
Has troubles get coffee instructions right. I don't like it when people mix my coffee for me. I have asked them to put it on the side, and they get it wrong every time. Taco Bell has wonderful coffee the best.
You never put the sauce or utensils in the bag. I guess I’ll eat my beans with my fingers… and a dry taco with no sauce… staff is rude. Minimum wage, minimum effort. Save money, make your own lunch. A home made sandwich would be better than waiting for this garbage.
This Taco Bell is one of the most consistent of the chain that's available. The food is very rarely below the par (for taco bell) and the customer service is always good. The people who work here are polite and respectful and the lobby is always clean.
i never write reviews but our food was literally smashed and we had to scrape it off the paper… They were out if dr pepper i said a coke would do fine (i understand not all companies have coke products) they went ahead and gave me pepsi.. if i knew they didn’t have coke products i would’ve got something else. They didn’t have change so we didn’t even get all our money back she said “but it’s just a couple cents so” if we had known that we would’ve paid in card. ordered with no tomato’s and lettuce.. got it anyways. 0/10
