Music was loud , evidently because our order was not what was supposed to get. I ordered a burrito and I got nachos with half teaspoon meat and little cheese.
My husband ordered loaded burrito he got a burrito with looked like mashed beans it was so soupy it slide out when he tried to eat it. He threw it away. So disappointed. My husband says he won't go back.
Worst online ordering experience ever. They charge you for items they don't even have on their menu but don't bother to let you know when you pick your order up.
Then you wait in line again which is almost as long a wait as the second coming of Christ...
I wish I could give a -100 stars rating.
They definitely need more help! We waited over an hour on our food and then it wasn't even right! We didn't complain tho just because they literally didn't have enough workers and they were slammed
Good food, but it takes 3 years to get it through the drive-thru.
Took 30 mins to get thru the drive. Food was good though
Every time I go to Taco Bell my order is always right my food is always fresh every now and then I might get a taco that's unwrapped but it's still edible and if they leave something out of my bag they always replace it and make it right because I checked my bag before I pull off and if something's wrong they fix it immediately they do not wait they're also friendly and pretty much do anything to make me happy when I order my food I've never got any cold food it's always been fresh and hot I love their chalupas they're always soft and just good and I love Taco Bell and I will continue to eat Taco Bell everyday for lunch for the rest of my life because every other fast food restaurant I go to the food's always cold the fries are cold they never hot so I will stick with my Taco Bell and I'm loving it
This is the first time I've ever had to do this but me an my family have went to this tacobell alot an never have had a problem till they got this new GM named Tim ...he is very rude , he has threatened our family to call the law on us for no reason at all. Everytime we have went thru there drive thru they have messed up our dinner an never once replaced or tried to refund or fix ...the young man at the window was nice until this new manager took over an now he is very rude ..never gives you the sauces you want or your receipt or napkins... I have called corporate an im just awaiting a phone call from them ... I would not give them no stars ..this is the worst taco bell ...the new GM has made it horrible.. I WILL NOT BE BACK UNTIL THEY GET RID OF THAT NEW GM TIM .. AN I WILL CALL CORPORATE EVERYDAY UNTIL ITS TOOKEN care of ..but getting threated is Definitely not professional in no way or form ... so plz just check your food ... also it's pretty bad when you go inside an you hear this GM cursing an yelling because the customers won't stop coming in or if there is a complaint ....something needs to be done ... thank you
Honestly, it's the best Taco Bell I've been to in a long time. I'm a delivery driver and have made many stops at various Taco Bells. I was impressed by quick service in the dining room and excellent food quality. You have a well trained and professional team. Hopefully, other Taco Bells can learn from your store.
