Normally this Taco Bell is better than most however today’s experience was horrible. We placed an order at the kiosk, we had ordered two combos. After waiting about 5 minutes they gave us our food. They hadn’t given us our drinks so we waited at the front counter. Multiple employees looked at us/ walked by us but didn’t come to ask what we needed. After about another 5 minutes an employee came from the back and gave us our drink cups. After we left we realized they gave us our cheese for our nachos but not the actual chips. The food was prepared poorly. One of the burritos was half the size of a normal burrito. My first two bites contained just the burrito shell. Very disappointing service.
I live in Floyd Co. I WAS going to treat my family to a food we dont have locally. I ordered $30 worth of food. I get home 40 minutes later to find half of the order is missing. So much for a treat, 2 of us didnt get food. Tried to call and the phone must be off the hook. Thanks a lot Taco Bell.
The service is horrible especially in drive thru, many times they forget items in my order, not just one small thing but multiple things, i paid $30 for 2 craving boxes and only got half of the items i asked for. Not to mention the quality of the food, it seems like they put no effort into making them and just wanted to get the customers out of the line. I would never come back again.
Taco Bells have a terribly long wait time despite insisting their employees complete any sized order in less than three minutes. Management has completely unrealistic expectations on how service can be done in the twenty-first century.
You have a high chance of getting sick here because the employees care more about serve time than hygiene.
The drive through line was around the building and all the way to the street! I couldn't even get in the parking lot for dine in. They are always so busy at lunch.
But that is always a good sign when a restaurant is jam packed!
As a delivery driver, I have picked up from here more than once. After returning for customer drinks that I originally forgot, staff were super nice and friendly. They even met me at the closed dining room door with the drinks so I wouldn't have to wait in the drive-thru.
They are really good at making sure the order is correct and door dash doesn't have to wait that long for the orders.
This is an excellent Taco Bell! My order is always right and fresh! I’ve had a couple of tech issues with the new app, but the staff always makes it right. There’s one lady I know by name, Tammy, and she is especially nice.
