Great customer service I wish I would’ve got the drive-through lady’s name. She was awesome. Smiled presented the food with a smile. That is a fresh breath of air are usually fast food places especially Taco Bell. Everybody’s rude, but this place had great customer service so whatever you’re doing there, keep it up. Definitely gonna be my new place to go when I’m in the area. Awesome job by the team in associates. now onto the food, the hash brown was crispy fresh and very tasty. The steak burrito was fresh but it was very bland. Should’ve got sauce to go with it. That’s my fault because they asked me if I wanted some but it didn’t really have any flavor whatsoever but overall experience great.
I’ve literally never left a review before but recently this place has been lowkey ruining my life. Taco Bell used to be fast and easy but recently there have been countless times where orders were supposedly never placed despite being charged, bad and unhelpful attitudes towards customers, the app accidentally charging me and the workers “don’t deal with the app” so they claim that they’re unable to help. Used to be my favorite place but I’ve hit my breaking point truly and now I can’t go back :(
So I wouldn't normally do this but I've called a dozen times and the lazy fuqs can't even pick up the phone! Twice now my order has been screwed up. The last time I didn't leave the parking lot this time I did cause I was heading into work. I ordered a breakfast steak cruch wrap combo but got the nasty sausage instead and my cheese wasn't even melted in it indicating it wasn't toasted long enough!!! I'm doing this in hopes they might see it an get new staff that can actually read!
Taco Bell count your days how do you make a crunchwrap without the crunch and no meat!!!!! And then I'm supposed to have a Doritos locos Taco supreme and you gave me a regular freaking taco not even supreme, Y'all need to do better or get better people..... It's not that hard to make ???? Money wasted
Taco bell in Casselberry would not give me a receipt for my credit card saying they had no tape in the register. I asked the worker to write the amount down on a piece of paper for my records,she would not,I could hear someone in the kitchen running her mouth which I could not understand what she was saying. I guess it was the manager, poor leadership rude and lazy.why such a problem giving me a receipt. Pityful customer service! It's been more than A month since I have been back to this store and still could not get a receipt for my order.they did not wrap one item up properly and had a mess in the bag.the young lady that took our order was speaking like she was whispering and could barley hear her.neadless to say I will no longer be going to taco bell anymore,very poor management.
SMH!!! I NEED to let everyone know about this location. Let me tell you if there EVER was the epitome of customer service, it is here! A couple of days ago, I had to (car down) order food through DoorDash. I've not done that before, but I was buying dinner for my grandkids. Well, it just so happened that a bag got left at the restaurant or something, so I called, and I got Ms. Trey, the DM, on the phone. She apologized immediately, knew what happened, and offered to try and work on some type of gift card because I couldn't get up to the location. Well, I had no way to get there until today. I walked in, and a lovely man was at the counter (very pleasant), and I explained to him what had happened. I said I didn't need a GC if you could just replace the items that were missed. He walked over to a table that just happened to be where Ms. Trey was sitting and explained to her who I was and what I was asking for. She got up, came over to the register, and started ringing my entire order up, AGAIN, to make up for the error. She even offered me a drink. Folks, come on, in this day and age, where ALL you seem to see is Battle Royale when it comes to customer service, these folks have got it down, pat! The service was quick, the food was hot, and most of all, the personnel were delightful. Thank you. You made my day. I quietly cried in my car.
This store, you can not get service at the counter in the restaurant. It is frustrating and a shame that this Tace Bell only offers kiosk service.
NO service at counter. What a shame! They lost my business! I left there and went to another Taco Bell on Tuscawulka Rd and Redbug Rd in Winter Springs? And they do take your order and serve you at the counter.
Usually a decent spot, real jerk at the window today. Overfill the happy hour freeze and handed it to me dripping. It starts spilling on me as he hands it and I let it drain onto the asphalt. I ask why hand me this, I see you were just wiping it off yourself why give it to me? Silence. I ask for some napkins to clean up the mess, silence. Of course no reciept either. Dunno what the guy was on but glad I didn't get any real food. Won't be back for several months.
Edit: back after some months, still a mess. Understaffed, drive thru doesn't work, 3 employees and only one making food, two others sweeping with 5 folks waiting. I just wanted some happy hour drinks. Won't be back here again if I can help it. Awful management.
