I've not had decent, nor correct orders here in a long time, after this last attempt today, I will not be eating here again. I recommend NO items, they're all nasty these days. I'd really like our taco bell back.
Never asked for beans on anything and was still charged for it. Barely put any chicken in the first place. I had to go back for the sour cream just for them to not even fill it up halfway. And now I’m having to go back again bc of the beans.
Actually a really nice taco bell location and the manager is a really nice person who goes out of his way to help.customers when they're in need. The only thing is, it's so popular, the drive through line is always long! Lol they have fast service though so it's ok!
I walked in placed an order on the order and waited for it. Ordered the chicken cantina quesadilla meal because it looked good and wanted to try it. Ordered two sides of nachos with cheese and cheesy fiesta potatoes, one for me and one for a friend. The quesadilla was falling apart and overcooked on the other side (which is common when I've come here) but I took a chance and even waited a bit for my order. The staff are nice don't get me wrong. The hard taco in my meal I gave to my friend and she was like this tastes odd, try it. It tasted like dirt. It was not just something minor. It was bad. The Baja blast wasn't the best it was watery out of the drink dispenser. It was okay but not as good as normal. The nacho cheese was nice and warm so that was fine. But the entire quesadilla fell apart except the small one on the end so I ate that a bag of nachos and the potatoes weren't fresh but I ended up throwing away most of the food. I don't expect a 5 star meal for 20.84, but it was awful. I tried to write in for my money back. Taco Bell never answers their complaint form. I tried this a few times, when they put tomato in my food (highly allergic) but the consistent issues with this store is actually insane. I have a few photos I can upload.
First let me say that the young man that took our order was very cordial and helpful, he even held the door for us. However, the amount of product on our food was sub par, this is a tiny amount of meat to go on a $3+ taco. It's not like it's high quality beef. Sloppily thrown together it was basically a taco shell by itself. The service gets 4 stars for the young man taking our order. Also, I know I can easily do it at home but how hard is it to cut through the quesadilla you guys make? It's not diamond.
I know times have changed but I worked at Taco Bell years ago and use to eat there on a regular it's been a while but I asked for a grande meal use to be 12 tacos for around 12$ I didn't think it would still be that price but they said they never had that meal (I know that meal existed at least 25 years at Taco Bell)I said how much for 12 tacos they said 27$ I said well i appreciated it and i passed. They were very rude I understand there young but geez one even commented I was being racist because I said grande meal I don't see taco bell staying open much longer at that price and clueless workers You can eat at a nice buffet with drink with much better food and worker are not ahole teenagers with no clue.
Unorganized staff: I left without half of my order. First, my name was called and I went to pick up my food. I said to the guy, “This comes with two drinks.” He shrugged and said, “Thats them,” pointing at the counter girl. I had to interrupt what she was doing to get my cups. I got to the table and discovered they served us half of our order and the other part was someone else’s food. I brought it to the attention of the girl at the counter and the guys on the line. They looked up my name again on the monitor and said they’d fix it. Well, after about 20 minutes and consuming what they did make, I went back to the counter to check on the rest of my order. They forgot to do the remake. Then began the finger pointing between the line guy and the front counter girl. No one in the place appeared to be responsible for anyone working to keep things synchronized. I just gave up and walked away without half of my $33 order. This place is a wreck.
Gross. The photo depicts half if my order. The other half was already given to the dog within minutes of opening and before I knew how bad it was. The chips and cheese was edible.
