I've been impressed with this Taco Bell versus the only one I went to in Salem, as they have not gotten anything with my order wrong and have been very friendly. The downside is it can get slow in the drive thru at times. Feels like they could use some more staff.
I went to this place last night (April 05 2024) with my boyfriend to get dinner. The owners are going cheap and trying to operate with a skeleton crew. They actually didn't even have a cashier in the lobby. They are trying to replace cashiers with mindless computer kiosks with no human touch. That is also extremely inconvenient for a customer as you basically have to be your own cashier. Taco Bell you need to stop trying to force technology on people who don't want it just to save you money. My boyfriend and I both turned around and left without ordering anything. The next couple that came in turned around and left as well for the same reason. The drive-thru was literally backed out into the rode so we got our dinner somewhere else.
Not going to lie the food is delicious... if you can actually get your hands on it...
Almost self-service now. You have to place your own order and pay for it in a machine instead of someone taking your order. I'm a customer, not an employee. I didn't get a employee discount anyway. Very unhappy with Taco Bell now days. They need to quit being so cheap and hire more people to give better service. Sometimes I went in for lunch and the dining room was closed. That's OK, I like Burger King tooo.
This place has gone downhill.
I am eating my cold food as I write this.
First issue tonight: extremely long ticket times. I work in food, there is no reason taco bell should take more than 5 minutes, period
Second issue: They did not get my order correct. I ordered a nacho fry box and it was missing a chicken taco. I was already home when I saw it so I had to drive all the way back across town to get it fixed.
Third issue: Poor service. You think after making such a mistake, they would go above and beyond to fix it. Nope. I asked if they would remake the food, because it had gotten cold. They told me they would just make the one missing item. Once they made it, they set it on the counter by the window, and then forgot about it so they could talk to each other. I had to wait another 5 minutes before one of the clowns realized I was still waiting.
This entire experience was horrible. Never again. I'm going somewhere else for late night munchies from now on
I have something like a 20% failure rate to get the correct food. From them putting items on that I said to hold, to outright forgetting entire bags worth of food. Their policy of "come back to get your food" is insulting, as they are now expecting me to kill 20+ minutes to go back to fix their mistake.
This establishment is in terrible condition. I don't believe it's solely the fault of the employees; management shoulders the blame. The odor inside is unpleasant, likely due to an employee neglecting personal hygiene.
Moreover, management and corporate have failed in maintaining adequate staffing levels and location counts, resulting in constant overcrowding. There's always a long line of 10-15 cars, indicating poor management of operations.
Our order of two small meals took an unacceptable 32 minutes to be ready while we were dining in.
Either open up more locations and figure out how to hire good employees or please just close down. This is embarrassing and disgusting.
Came through tonight and ordered my food at 5:45pm. They messed up the order and I got my corrected order at 6:20pm. I went through the drive through and then had to go inside and wait forever for the correction. The employees were very kind but everything else was terrible. Also for 5 bean and cheese burritos it costs $14.93. Wow how prices have gone up.
The food is always great. I usually use the drive thru and then eat in my car, they usually give me plenty of napkins and that's super important.
