I went inside to order and which told to use the kiosk.... No, I do not work here! I asked for someone to take my order. The girl walks around the counter and was wanting to do my order on the kiosk. I said no I want to give my order at the register. I was told that she did not have the register open for orders.....really? So how are you gonna take my money? Because I'm paying cash.
Every time I go to this place, there is a problem. Either there's barely any meat in the food. Or it's just absolutely soggy.
If you want better service and food, go across the street to Jack in the box.
They are always friendly there and there's no kiosk.
Went here to pick up a quick dinner for my family. When entering there’s one workings sweeping the floors. (At least that’s something.) No one greets me. I stand at the cash register try to order. 2 workers make eye contact then walk away. I end up calling my fiancé to make sure I have his order right. I’m looking at the menu and one worker yells acrossed the store, to her boyfriend asking if he’d take her home. Yelling a conversation over all her coworkers laughing and talking super loud. I was the only customer in the store. Multiple tables were dirty. They had maybe 5 workers there and not one helped me. They seen was on the phone and still was hella loud no respect they weren’t dealing with any customers. Just standing around laughing and talking super loud. I had 14 items but most were off of the 3$ menu. It took almost 25 minutes to get it out and still no one said anything to me when I went to get the food. If I could give zero stars I would. Never going to this location again.
I'm very disappointed I went through the drive thru. And there was little to no chicken on my chicken chalupas that I purchased. I am very upset and I do not recommend going to the drive thru at this location. I did not order a vegetarian meal. I expect chicken on my chalupas.
It is the worst when hunger calls for any sustenance. Like a fool I ended up eating Taco Bell. My gut and my toilet Give it 2 thumbs down. However there was one employee that found it funny that I was complaining about the food and atmosphere
I promise you out of all of the employees she will eventually climb out of that dog food processing plants and make something of herself.
Fiesta potato’s came with a little extra kick… the staff didn’t really seem like they knew what was going on and the potato’s I got around noon were definitely fried first thing in the morning… it was gross.
Everything has went up in price but has also gotten way smaller. Bean burritos used to have beans inside them. Now it's like just a tortilla with a small spread of beans. The top third of my burrito had nothing but a little sauce in it.
The lettuce is not being stored properly it's always wet mushy and transparent. Which leads me to question the storage of their other ingredients. This location is always super slow so I assume they are severely understaffed. The taco bell on chinden by McDonald's always has my order ready before I even get to the window. Never had any issues with their lettuce either.
Poor customer service from this location. Ordered chicken flatbread melts, asked for flatbread to be swapped for tortilla because I hate their flatbread. Was told no, despite the fact that they’ve done it happily before. I told the girl at the window this and was told “well I’m not doing it now”. I don’t understand why that’s unreasonable, nor do I understand why she was so rude.
