I came in at around 1 today. The lady was genuinely very nice, and efficient. I made a pick up order and she was so kind to wait to make my friends freeze until he walked in so it wouldn't melt. So nice!!
We asked for a quesadilla with just cheese and they gave us one with chicken. So I went in and told them that they made it wrong and the gentleman there made a new one and threw in some free cinnamon twists!

Food was so soggy we couldnt eat it. We could not exchange it either because we were the lasts ones there before they closed.
Went through drive thru, the cashier told us we couldn't pick up an online order and make an order. Said that we had to "drive around the building to make another order". We had 1 car behind us, I would understand if there were 3 or 4 more additional cars so it just seems weird. The only other issue I had was that one of my street tacos was thrown in the bag without being wrapped. More than likely not stopping by at night, I trust they're day crew better.
As a company you should be offering these folk a more prominent pay, actual benefits that can assist them and their families. If you paid your folks better, treated them better and such, maybe they would treat your customers better.
Messed up order, didn't want to fix the order. The GM threw the food at me. Refused to give me back my receipt. Horrible experience

This is the worst taco Bell I have been too. Been driving 8 hours. Stopped to eat, use restroom. Get inside manager was in men's room with women's restroom key in his possession, so waited fifteen minutes to use restroom, another employee had to knock on door a couple times to get key, finally I got to use restroom, which btw was filthy, I did have to wait quite a while for the food, but St least it was fresh and tasted good, than I go to leave. My car is parked right next to door I came in, but when I leave I had to go to door on other side is the building to get out because they locked the door for whatever reason and said it can't be unlocked from inside. So had to walk around building in the pouring rain, hence the reason I even stopped cause it was pouring out. I would have been better off if I kept driving ????
