Before today, I would have given a 5 star, as I have always had really good Tacos there. I will no longer bother to stop at Taco Bell as their tacos have turned into dry, flavorless disappointments. very little meat, no sauce and when I requested mild sauce, I got none. I would rather pay a little more and get food that is worth eating. Sorry, but good-by.
Boom Shaka laka laka laka, boom Shaka laka laka laka, boom Shaka laka laka laka, boom ! Busy place, busy people, busy food, sh boom! Ordered and received. No doubt. These folk are putting out the Taco Bell. Good on them. Each one deserves a double their pay raise. Yes! Everything was just as I ordered it. Timely. Coordinated. With professional grace. I should like to return here for further adventures with The Bell.
Not, enough meat inside the Chalupa or, tacos. If a customer has to comeback because of THE WORKERS mistake don't treat them like they are lying! Nobody wants to HAVE to COMEBACK because of a workers mistake. Offer to make them happy. Don't be rude. There's enough hate out here & good HOT food is expensive, don't add to it.
This was my first time trying Taco Bell. The food was wonderful. The chicken was really good and they made it just right. This was a delicious taco. I've seen most Taco Bells are modern, so I would give the atmosphere here a 5 stars, food 5 stars, and service 5 stars.
I really wish they'd toss potatoes that sit for longer than 10-15 minutes like they're supposed to.. instead they seem to use them and they're pretty gross once they've sat out that long. Please make fresh ones when the old ones need to be tossed. Customers would rather wait a little longer for good food. Makes you look lazy/incompetent when you give out food that shouldn't be served.
If I could leave a negative stars review I would. So just went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. Well after receiving my order I pulled over to check my food. Well I was miss a bean and cheese, a soft taco, and the new enchilada box. So I went in to let them know and even brought my food in so they can see and check. The worker then looked at my receipt argued with me saying that the burrito and soft taco weren't on my receipt and ignored the whole other box meal. After 20mins of trying to show the worker on the recipt the food I thought they were finally going to fix it. But no. I asked about my box meal again after having to buy another burrito and soft taco because I thought they were at least gonna fix that one. Well now a different worker came to the counter asking to check my food and receipt after just having the other worker do so. She then stated that we count everything that goes into the bag and that I am wrong. Hence the other worker checking food and acknowledging it missing. To end this here I don't recommend this taco bell at all. Every time I have went I am always missing something. But always try to give benefit of the doubt. But I'll be staying away from this one as now they have gotten free money from me now.

Got all the way home and realized upon inspecting before the first bite that my crunch wrap had MOLD on the tortilla. I called the tb to let them know they're serving moldy food and if I could get a replacement if I bring it back the following day with receipt. I was told it absolutely had to be right now. I wasn't able to drop everything and drive all the way back there at 10:30 p.m. I was very busy (hence the tb drive-thru dinner). It was obvious they could care less.
The lost few dollars is not the point, the fact that they're serving moldy food is what bothers me. Why do people with ZERO customer service skills always get jobs in the customer service field?! If it was possible I would give negative stars.
Dirty, and they gave my $100+ order for our basketball teams dinner to someone else, and would not replace the order. Had to order and pay all over. This is the worst customer service I have seen, even for fast food. Never again.
