Sooo glad they brought back the steak ???? ???? tacos!! Celebrating the eve of Taco Tuesday in Socastee today and GILBERT C. in the drive-thru is a ROCKSTAR!! Give that kid a raise, I had a $30 (pain in the neck) order and he was phenomenal! Came inside after to say ty but as I expected, he was very busy! Hopefully, they tell him! Thank you Gilbert, you're awesome!
Went thru the drive thru, asked for no sour cream, got down the road and first bite was sour cream. I flipped around and went back, they gave me the correct items and all was well. Ive worked in the business before and it definitely happens - they were cool about it and fixed it, everything was great. Will return.
We place a to go oder and we have now been waiting for 35 minutes. As a manager of a major branch around the area this is crazy. Hubby told them we had just 3 things and the lady said no one checked them so the order that were taken B4 us got made and out the door. Do better and pray no one gets food poisoned this time around. Every time we do an to go order we have to wait not worth it anymore
Food is always fresh, and crunchy tacos are perfect here. I love this taco bell over the others as service is great and food always comes out better than the others in the area. Service is always fast and very clean on inside, too. Taco bell is always good to have that I even downloaded the application and got free items and challenges in the app for either pick up or delivery.
Just your good ole run of the mill Taco Bell experience. Always get just what we ordered and the staff is always friendly. We order ahead on the app and it makes it sooo much easier as well.
They consistently get my food wrong, and I consistently love it anyways haha. Food is always fresh and we move through the line pretty quick no matter the time we come. Staff is always nice. We don't mind the mistake once in a while, I know they are always happy to swap it out if we come back in any ways. Great location.
They think it's funny to only give one sauce when you specifically asked for a lot. I already boy cotted Taco bell when they took my fav thing off the menu. Now you got these people not giving what you asked for. No thank you..
After a long day of working and getting off at 11pm and I haven’t even ate nothing all day and the only thing that was really open was Taco Bell so I was really ready for my chicken quesadilla !! First I notice I ask for mild and hot sauce and they only gave me one each for 2 chicken quesadillas I wasn’t going back around it was already a really long line and I was tired lol!!! Next thing I was eating my chicken quesadillas I feel like a hair inside my mouth spit out the food and look and it was a hair !! NOT ONE HAIR BUT LIKE 4 HAIRS !!!!! Yes I did call and was very upset!! I did get a refund but wat I find funny is the one who gave me my refund had black hair and if u look in pictures it’s black hair !! Could be someone else with black hair in there idk ! And it was never I’m sorry or anything even wen I came to the drive thru window no show of care ! Idk whose hair that’s was and if they had any kind disease or anything . Also I had to have a receipt for a refund because she tried to remake the food , who wants to eat same thing that had hair in it ! I was so disgusted I gag so much I almost threw up , I’m not being dramatic that’s just plan out slack !!! If it was hair in the food it shouldn’t matter for receipt !! I had mines I’m just saying tho
