I've never had taco bell that wasn't good until today. Avoid this Taco Bell. They make you order on a kiosk and they skimp on their ingredients. Your burrito supreme will be 1/2 the size than the usual. We will go to the other one in Mundelein that is great!
Not sure if this is the norm nowadays at taco bell. Forced to oder via kiosk. Pretty soon the customer will be making his own tacos.
Girl taking my order wasn’t paying attention. I stated my order, asked a question, received no answer. Sat there for 2 min, I said hello and asked if she got my order …. She said “naw, I didn’t get it” . If you don’t want to work at the Taco Bell go somewhere else. I left and didn’t even finish my order. If I could give her 0 stars I would.
Fast reliable meals. Lots of flavor. This location tends to have a lot of errors. And it's staff is very unhelpful.
Tried their new cheesy chicken empanada and it was so crispy and the cheese was perfectly melted and the spicy sauce foe dipping that comes with it was so delicious!!
It’s super rare that I give a fast food place five stars but this one absolutely deserves it. The inside is immaculate. The sauce packets are even perfectly stacked. The food is perfectly prepared and delicious. I don’t know what this Taco Bell’s secret is but it’s amazing.
They messed up mine and 2 other orders while I was there. Terrible experience
Never has any of the seasonal or new items and gives you attitude when you ask about them.
