Whoever was working on 3/17/2024 did an amazing job. I’ve been going here for 20 years and on that date they really put it down, I never leave reviews but I had to just cause they did amazing that day. I appreciate the staff that day. Hopefully it can be like that always. I’m the dude on the Harley that comes through. Update, whoever made my soft tacos tonight, 05/07/2024, they made my tacos awesome, even better then last time.
It's a taco bell, so expectations are generally low and that's fine. It is what it is. On the other hand, if I place an online order and I get there and you have no one in line and it's still not ready, that seems not great? Figure out how to use customer location and try to prepare in advance?
I just spent $23 at this Taco Bell. $23. At Taco Bell. For 2 items (1 combo). The menu board at the drive-through did not have the prices updated. The drive-through girl was rude & dismissive - and she added jalapeño for $.60 without asking. Bless her heart.
If you’re a swing shifter or a night closer looking to get a quick, good, and cheap eat, I’d recommend you go to Boss Drive-in for a burger. Cheers!
I had my first experience using a digital gift card via my app here. It was easy and convenient. But there seemed to be a lot of confusion behind the counter. I love thr cheesy potatoes but the batch I got today were hard and I didn't eat half my bowl of them I tried the new breakfast burrito sauce. It was nice to try something new.
I don't know why I choose Taco Bell ever. There is always an issue ordering through the app. Then getting a refund is next to impossible. This location's drive thru woman was total attitude from the start. I showed her the amount taken out of my account which had the date and Taco Bell's friggin name on it. She wouldn't even look at it, demanding proof of the order I placed. i showed it to her. She stupidly says I need to place the order and I express my concern of getting charged a 2nd time. She doesn't care. I try it, it charges me again, gives me the same stupid "uh-oh" app error, and the terrible drive thru (rhymes with witch) rolls her eyes at me and tells me to call customer service. Yeah, customer service is only open 8 hours a day from 11am-7pm. I had to leave feedback and am out over $30 from my earnings so now I have NO MONEY, NO FOOD & it's all because of this awful excuse of a business and its non-functional app.
I came up to the drive-thru. No one behind me. I was looking out the window with my window closed because had the ac blasting it was 80 pluss degrees. When I notice a car roll up behind me I open my car window to start my order, but I look over and two Taco Bell employees were standing in front of me. With attitude they ask if I’m ok. I said ya and they proceeded to go back into taco bell. They came out like they were going to come at me and do something. lol crazy but anyways. I went to speak in the speaker and no one said a word. I said ok. So I just stood there. I’m not gonna play these teeny bop games. Finally this young lady answer and I go on with my order. I guess I was not fast enough because next thing I hear is this male on another speaker telling me to come to the window. I barely go to Taco Bell so yes I need the menu and I stay at the speaker and continue with my order. I tell them the next thing I want and they say come to the next window and I stay and order the next thing. When I finish I go to the next window I have three workers at the window. For what? For what? They want my form of payment but don’t give a total. I had to ask for a receipt and it was like it was a big inconvenience for that. I ask why they were so rude. They said because u know drive thru times. First of all I worked at fast food for over 13 years drive thru times don’t start until u start taking the order. Tbh I didn’t take that long to take my order. If they weren’t being so childish it would have gone by quicker. I told them when I first got to the speaker no cars were behind me and I litterly watch for that because I don’t like to inconvenience other customers. That’s something that actually gives me anxiety. The other thing they said is the asked if they could help me a couple times at the speaker but I didn’t answer. Duh windows closed Ac on. I’m sorry I didn’t hear ya, I’m sorry I hurt your feelings and inconvenienced you from having a small break. Then today the three kids who ate the tacos are sick. Really bad stomach issues. I didn’t eat the tacos. I had the chicken quesadilla. Do better.
Double check your order EVERY TIME!! They forget something every single time! I had to spend 30 minutes of my time to drive back after they forgot something in my order. Why should I have to spend 30 minutes, my gas and my time to fix their mistake?? If I have to drive back to your restaurant in order to get a refund or get the food so the person who it was intended for can eat it instead of starving why shouldn't they offer me something you compensate my gas and time ????
If you’re an food delivery service, plan to stay for a bit. They would look you dead in your face and not greet you. You can be standing there patiently for 25 mins and at 26 minutes you decide to finally try to get their attention, then boom just like that they have an attitude.
