I mainly go there on my lunch breaks since I'm right down the road. Most of the time I place my order through the app for pickup, and I'm given a pick up time. 9 times out of 10 when I get there, after the pick up time, it's still not ready or not even made yet. Food is good, and the employees are always moving around busy with something which is good to see.
I was told it would be in its original wrap because it's not the first time this happen. So when I pulled off and discovered it was the same way. I was pissed off , because I could have built my on taco at home with a taco bell kit smh ????♂️
Worst Taco Bell I've ever dealt with. Only got 1 meal correct. I ordered 2 crunchy gorditos and got 1 soft cheese quesadilla. My granddaughter ordered 2 soft tacos with no cheese and got 1 cheese quesadilla. I am furious!!!!!!
The restaurant was filthy and the floors were so slippery. The chairs were disgusting and sticky to the touch. There were no high chairs. They got our order wrong. They didn't have any forks, just spoons. My Mexican pizza was missing ingredients and looked like it was sitting under a warmer for hours. So dry and disgusting.
So, I had just two normal bean burritos and it was $6.50, which is kinda crazy because they are $1.79 each… something doesn’t add up there. Besides that, the service was awesome and the burritos were perfect for a Taco Bell.
To the manager. LIGHTEN tf up dude . All about time yet treat you dont treat your employees with respect .
Rushing him to hurry up. The cashier was nice about it but telling him to be quick and hand me my change and food at the door . Relax It aint a 5 star restaurant. If I wanted to change my drink . Understandable why it couldn’t. But should of just let me order one . The older manager was the only problem here . Stop being so damn hostile .
It's a standard taco bell, food was decent and the staff was friendly and quick. Everything was clean but receipt printer was down when I was there. Has a good walkway between the next door hotel and the taco bell.
everything about this establishment is absolutely putrid!! they sold us OLD CRUSTY gag worthy food. the fries tasted freezer burnt and the burrito was horrid. the tortilla was hard and i think the cheese was bad. did i mention i ordered a rootbeer and received mud water? so pissed and so disgusted. the service was horrible as well. i’d love a refund because i spent around $40 but would rather never step food into that trash can again.
