Update 1/11/24. They didn’t again! Nothing on my Mexican pizza!!
Elm Road Taco Bell does it to me again. Barely any beef in my Mexican Pizzas. They just don’t care.
I went through the drive thru. From ordering to pick up was about 15 minutes. Gave cashier my money never gave me my change. Gave me my food. I just wanted to get home while my food was eatable. Looked for the change and it wasn't there. Called Taco Bell. Now I had to go back to them to get my money. So it took me an hour that should have been a 20 minute trip.
Ordered food. Drive 20 minutes home and was missing an item. Drove all the way back. Get to car, missing an item, get order replaced. Get home and realize they only filled the cheese cup up halfway. Complained in the app and got a coupon. I spent more time running back and forth 20 minutes one way then actually eating and enjoying anything.
got a mobile order and the first time, EVERYTHING was wrong. completely wrong order. went back to get the food i ordered and still didn’t get everything. i got 3 sides of nacho cheese sauce, the literally gave me 3 cups of shredded cheese. I asked for no sauce in one of my burritos, obviously they put sauce in there. they can’t even get sauces right as i asked for fire sauce and they gave me mild. This place sucks lol
If I could get zero stars, I would I have never seen a place in Ohio or New York, where I am originally from as filthy dirty as this Taco Bell on Elm Road was
They were discarded gloves all over the floor by the workers feet as well as piles of lettuce. It really was disgusting.
On top of that she didn’t give me the call and I had to ask for it then I checked the bag and the cheesy fries were not there and when I got home, I noticed the burrito was not there. I will never in 1 million years patronize them again it looks like the perfect place to get food poisoning.
I ordered $50 worth of food for my family through the app for delivery. It was awful! It looked and tasted like it had been sitting for hours, which is amazing because everything we ordered was "specialized". And they forgot 4 items from the order! Taco Bell itself sucked, but the Door Dasher was here within 25 mins of me placing the order, so no complaints there.
Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever encountered. On two occasions, first one being lied to about being by “themselves” (male) in the drive thru and then when calling them another employee (female) answered the phone and made an awful excuse.
Second one being told they are all out of food and meat but the car in front of me orders multiple items and it was successful?
Avoid this disaster of an establishment.
Missed 2 crunchwraos from order, drove a half hour back to get them. They then gave us 2 hard tacos... then went inside to get order right for the second time, was ignored for 7 minutes. While they were making my order the workers in kitchen yelled across the room to ask if they were supreme. Apparently you have to tell them what you ordered 4 times before they get it right. Maybe hire someone who is competent :)
